The space was so clean & cozy! I loved how it felt secluded, but we weren’t too far from downtown Bentonville. Thank for being such wonderful hosts!

Great time & nice small & clean place

This was our third time staying at one of Deanna’s properties, and our first time at this particular location. As always, the experience was outstanding. The space was thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was right there, literally nothing was overlooked. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to unwind and truly relax. At this point, we won’t stay anywhere in Rogers unless it’s one of Deanna’s places—she’s hands down the best host on the app!

I was only in Bella Vista for a couple days working so was a nice place to stay at night. Would like to go back during the summer since it was on the lake would be nice just to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was super well supplied which made it easy to cook a nice dinner. I appreciated the folder with local recommendations. We would love to stay again.

The penthouse at LeeLee’s place is located in walking distance to the downtown and is safe. The space is very inviting, clean and comfortable. The amenities and snacks provided were fantastic. LeeLee is very responsive and gave us many recommendations of restaurants that could provide gluten free options. Instructions were on point for check-in. I had never used an elevator setup like this before so took me a second to figure it all out. Thanks Valerie

This place was lovely! Very clean and the place is styled very cute. Had everything we could need and more. Really feels like the owners were thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure guests have everything they could need! Keep in mind this is a shared guest house. There’s another unit upstairs so there’s potential for noises from neighbors outside of the quiet hours. The property is beautiful and while we didn’t use the outdoor areas during our quick stay, it was very tempting. Location is so close to the downtown area so navigating was so simple. Everywhere we wanted to visit was minutes away!

What a cute gem! Truly enjoyed the surrounding greenery (late April) and amenities (especially the outdoor bathtub) of the listing— also very close to bike trails and downtown Bentonville! Highly recommend!

The cabin provided breathtaking views of the trees & wildlife surrouding it. It was very comfortable & homey. Linda has provided everything you would need for cooking. Enjoyed eating meals on the covered porches. Our time was so relaxing
