Abbiamo fatto la nostra annuale reunion tra vecchi amici ed é stata la location perfetta! C’era un ampio soggiorno dove stare tutti insieme, cucina attrezzatissima! Estrema pace dei sensi e paesaggio mozzafiato ! Dolcissimi i gattini intorno alla casa. La signora poi é stata così gentile che al nostro arrivo, sapendo che eravamo enologi, ci ha lasciato 4 bottiglie da assaggiare della zona ! Grazie !

Abitazione molto carina e funzionale. Si può parcheggiare proprio davanti alla porta. Paese super tranquillo, ideale per esplorare la zona. Host molto disponibile e precisa. Siamo stati solo una notte ma siamo stati molto bene.

Casa davvero bella, si è rivelata perfetta per il nostro gruppo. Stile rustico di montagna molto curato, con a disposizione tutto il necessario per sfruttare gli spazi; abbiamo goduto in particolare del giardino attrezzato grazie alle piacevolissime temperature nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, bellissima vista, privacy e pace. La posizione è eccellente per raggiungere con poca fatica i tantissimi luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze, da Santo Stefano di Sessanio e Rocca Calascio, fino a Campo Imperatore, così come l'Aquila. Luigi e Antonia sono host attenti ai dettagli, super disponibili e velocissimi a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, ci hanno anche ben indirizzato per degli ottimi arrosticini, cotti al barbecue in giardino. STRACONSIGLIATO!

너무나 멋진 숙소 최고의 뷰.. 친절한 주인아저씨 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다 살면서 이렇게 오랜 역사를 갖고 있는집에서 잘수 있을까.. 그거 하나만으로도 충분히 멋진곳 들어가자마자 좋은 향기가 났어요 단점을 굳이 찾자면 숙소 찾기가 살짝 복잡했어요 좁고 높은곳에 있음 그치만 너무 친절하게 설명해줘서 그리 어렵지 않게 도착했습니다 구글 지도보다는 거리에 있는 이정표를 잘보고 가면 어렵지 않습니다 캐리어가 무겁다면 계단때문에 조금 힘들수도 있습니다 조금 큰차로 갔고 주차 하기 위해서는 좁은 터널로 진입해야되는데 거기서 차를 긁을수 있어서 조심해야됩니다 주차 공간은 꽤 많았는데 주차되어있는 차가 많아서 조금 밑으로 내려가야될수 있음 그리고 온수의 수압이 약해서 개운하게 샤워하긴 힘들어요 여름에 갔다면 상관 없었을텐데 살짝 쌀쌀했던 날씨라 찬물로 씻기 힘들었어요 전 그 사실을 리뷰로 통해 이미 알고 갔기에 괜찮았어요 하지만 꾸미는거 좋아하는 여성분은 힘들 수도 있어요 전 멋진 집에서 자보는 경험이 더 중요했기에 상관 없었습니다 벽난로도 있어서 남편이 아주 좋아했어요 신나게 불떼고 놀았어요 특별한 경험을 하고싶다면 적극 추천 다음에 또 오고싶습니다

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

We had a short but wonderful stay at Diana’s. She was kind enough to host us on short notice and the place was perfect. Great location and everything we needed.

Everything was great, we will for sure visit this place again. It was clean, comfy and clean. There were shops nearby, and restaurants as well, so it was easy to grab sth to eat. It wasn't hard to communicate with the owner. She was a very flexible person for our needs - we arrived really late and she was waiting for us. Perfect spot for people that want to feel the atmosphere of Italian life.

Tutto perfetto (posizione ottima, casa super pulita) e Francesca è molto gentile e veloce nella comunicazione. Torneremo sicuramente! ed un grazie a Mira che ci ha accolto molto caldamente.

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

Wednesday, your place is all about detail. Every little thing is in the right place, and that combined with the nicest view and authentic garden made for a wonderful stay. When we return to Italy, we will make the detour to stay with you again.

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Si tratta di un appartamento un po' datato in un complesso per le vacanze molto tranquillo. La posizione è strategica perchè in pochi minuti si può raggiungere il centro (con una sicurissima strada ciclopedonale) ma anche partire per varie escursioni o per sciare. La casa è confortevole e molto pulita con tutto ciò che serve. Sono rimasta colpita dalla cucina molto fornita di tutti gli utensili, cosa non scontata. Pulito e funzionale anche il bagno. Il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente e anche l'acqua calda non ci ha dato problemi nonostante abbiamo fatto 7 docce di fila. Ultima chicca la vista spettacolare dal balcone. Super consigliato!

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Nice and cleaned place. As shown in the pictures. Communication with Miguel was easy. I strongly recommend.

Annamaria and Domenico were warm, gracious hosts and their place an absolute delight, perfect and so cozy for our family getaway, and in a spectacular, scenic location. The house is charming, clean, and bright, with artistic touches and surrounded by a well tended garden. Our hosts even gave us olive oil from their olive grove and fresh eggs from their chickens! They make the place even more special and we would love to stay with them again.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Casa nuova pulita ed accogliente, corrisponde alla descrizione, posizione ottimale, centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi. Comoda anche per andare a sciare nei comprensori di Pizzalto Aremogna Gravare. Padrone di casa molto cortese.

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

Paesaggi splendidi e bnb caratteristico ai piedi di un castello che abbiamo anche visitato, ottimo ristorante consigliato da Marco, "il girasole", borgo caratteristico , CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nell'appartamento di Lella, è stato bello scambiare qualche chiacchiera con lei telefonicamente, davvero una brava e disponibile persona. Posizione ottima, vicinissima alle piste da scii e a 2 minuti di macchina dal centro. Casa molto attrezzata. Tutto molto pulito e curato, un plus la presenza del camino che ci ha tenuti ancora più caldi. Consigliatissima per una bella scappatina in montagna. Grazie di tutto Lella, ritorneremo!

Vicoli Maurizio and Francesca have created a very special place with the Crooked Cottage. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, short or long. You will get spoiled with all the space, nooks and crannies for storing your clothes and/or gear. The outdoor patio is fantastic, the kitchen is setup with everything needed to cook any size meal. The location and access to all these small towns is fantastic. We had lunch at both Antica Cucina and La Locando, both are fantastic and are in their recommended restaurants list. Their kindness is shining and they truly want their guests to have a memorable stay. We highly recommend the Crooked Cottage. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

appartamento in stile rustico, fornito di tutto e molto confortevole in una zona tranquilla di Cappadocia (350mt del centro). l'appartamento al secondo piano si raggiunge facilmente con le scale esterne ed è meraviglioso, pulizia impeccabile, dotato di tutto e attrezzato anche per ospitare cani di piccola taglia come la nostra. praticissimo il check-in da remoto, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. perfetto per passare un delizioso we o anche per periodi più lunghi. fantastico!
