El Villa on Efts

Located 7 minutes away from Franciscan University and 15 minutes from Key Bank pavilion (Starlake) Where wildlife roam free and relaxation takes over, El Villa on Efts is the place for you. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick get away, this charming villa is just what you need. Grab a good book or a cocktail and prepare to make memories around the bonfire or in the screened in porch. If you love the outdoors but not the mosquitos, enjoy your night on the screened in porch instead!

Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

River access in downtown Wellsburg is just as close with plenty of nature trails and outdoor spaces in every direction! Star Lake Pavilion, Brooke Hills Park, and Oglebay within 1/2 hour.

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. You’ll feel right at home!

Secluded Tiny “Ginseng House” Artist Retreat

"Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage to enjoy. One very comfortable queen bed in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The Loft in Steubenville

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

Nestled in over 140 acres of wooded hills with a 5-acre, fully stocked, private lake, The Inn at Brandywine offers all the amenities of home in a relaxed, comfortable setting. The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
