The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

The newly 2014 built lakeview studio has a stunning view over the lake Wolfgangsee and the mountains. If you look for something special with style you will love this perfect retreat! The town center is just 2min walking distance away!

Nice Poolhouse above Klagenfurt

The little Poolhouse is standing right next to the swimming pond with possibility to use the hot pot just next to it. A pine barrel sauna is available for use upon request.
