Great place to stay, easy walk into town. Photos matched the pictures and very clean house. Would recommend.

This house was perfect for our family of five and small dog. We had a really relaxing stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfy. We loved the big kitchen. Host Laurence was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you!

Lydia was very proactive in communications around our stay and super responsive to our questions. The property was really well maintained and had everything we needed, and the location is within easy walking distance of the town centre.

A Perfect Escape from the City Hustle We had a fantastic break away from the city, nestled right next to the sea. The soothing sound of the waves was a constant companion throughout the day. While there wasn't much to do around, it was exactly what we wanted – quality time with family, long beach walks, and our pet. It was a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, with great internet thanks to Starlink. Fiona was super responsive and helpful. The only downside was the weak phone network, but it didn't bother us much. Overall, a perfect getaway!

Coming back through the great ocean road, my wife and I wanted to stop throuh Warrnambool. This spot was by far the best on our trip, extremely clean, nice beds and great location. We will be back again for sure

Enjoyed our stay. Penny was very helpful with local information and responsive to any questions. So close to the dog beach & the cottage has plenty of old fashioned character with a fantastic grassed back yard. We really enjoyed spending time on the veranda. We loved our stay here! The house looks exactly like the photos and is centrally located with lots of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were helpful and quickly responded to our messages. Would stay here again!

All as described, well equiped, great check in and out with key lock box, a short walk (5 minutes) to the golf course resort which has a restaurant. Perfect for our golf weekend.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. the photos don't do it justice, the views are spectacular. The pool is private and top-notch. We had everything we needed for our 9 night stay, especially in the kitchen. Highly recommend and a great host and caretaker.

We had a fantastic stay at Wattle Bird for a friend's getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. Rob and Di were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barwon Heads, with standout amenities like the BBQ, hot tubs, and a cozy fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wattle Bird and would love to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this Ning and Carl’s space! The space was clean, well-maintained. It was also quiet, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep or getting some work done during the day. It was lovely to stay in a place that no only accepted dogs but celebrated them. It was perfect for a quiet getaway with our fur baby.
