This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. Has it's own (private): large furnished kitchen, dining table, fridge, TV(Netflix, Prime, HULU, Disney+, ESPN2..) bathroom, outdoor fire place, washer&dryer, 2 queen (one of which is sofa bed) and 1 twin beds. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

Entrance to guesthouse is via a private patio, (boasting a bbq & fire-pit). Patio is 420/ vape friendly. No cigarettes pls. THE SUITE ADJOINS A FAMILY HOME SHARING 2 WALLS. We have a toddler.
