Private stay in basement guest suite, West Greeley

New basement suite of 480 sft just for you. A cozy home away from home. Easy check-in through shared garage door and private entrance into basement. It features a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath, extra room with 2 twin bunk beds and office desk. Living room has a sofa sleeper & bar kitchenette. We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Tucked next to the foothills near the Cache La Poudre River. Walk to the river trail, grocery store, bakery, pizza joint, popular Swing Station, frisbee golf course, or the Tapestry House wedding venue- this is the place! Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

The Studio: A Mid Century Farmhouse Style Guest House in a Beautiful setting on a rural 2-acre property just minutes from northern Colorado’s attractions, including shopping, entrainment, and restaurants. 5 minutes from Hoedown Hill! 25 minutes from Colorado State University. 10 minutes to South Fort Collins. 50 minutes to Estes Park. 45 minutes to North Denver. An additional guest may be added on an air mattress if needed. This is a strict NO SMOKING/DRUNKENNESS Property.

“Studio 812” in Old Town Loveland

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.

This charming main level suite offers a full kitchen and quiet neighborhood setting, while also being just blocks from the park, library, and main street shops of downtown Ault! It's close to Fort Collins and Greeley (about a 20 minute drive) and offers lots of natural light and unique character. Enjoy your get away in Ault (A Unique Little Town)! Just 3 blocks to CSU, 2 blocks to Old Town, and all the dining, breweries and shopping Fort Collins has to offer, plus a Lucky's Market grocery store 1 block away. The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc

The family room has recline sofas, sofa bed and computer desk. 1 hour to Denver and Denver international airport. 30 mins to Fort Collins. 15 mins to Greeley and UNC. Just over 1 hour to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 mins to Wyoming

Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. Peaceful setting with Wonderful views. The loft is a independent living space located over our garage and has it's own outside entrance by staircase to a deck off the apartment. This is a non smoking facility and no smoking of any kind is permitted in the loft or on the premises.
