Über ein eigenes Stiegenhaus erreichbar stehen ein Vorzimmer mit Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer ( Esstisch, Eckcouch und TV), drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette, alles auf einer Ebene, zu Verfügung. In dem 2000 m² großen und rundherum eingezäunten Garten gibt es viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen. Von Mai bis Oktober kann man den Pool benützen,der durch Solarkollektoren erwärmt wird.

Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
