The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. Cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Das helle Apartment bietet eine exzellente Anbindung an das öffentliche Wiener Verkehrsnetz und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für deinen Aufenthalt in Wien. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 5, die sich direkt vor der Haustür befindet, sowie den U-Bahnlinien U4 & U6, die du in ca. 8-11 Minuten Gehweg erreichst, bist du in ungefähr 20 Minuten im absoluten Zentrum Wiens am Stephansplatz.

High ceiling and art stay

This lovely apartment (64m2) is warm and bright with a stylish vintage design, high ceiling and big artworks by photo artist Peter Burgstaller. My place is great for couples, families and business travellers, it offers plenty of space, a kingsize bed, a brand new kitchen. The flat is located in the 2nd district, which is very well-connected to the first district. At the moment the staircase is currently being renovated. I want to apologize for this inconvenience.The apartment is not effected.

Mit den zwei U-Bahnlinien U4 & U6, die du in ca. 8 Minuten Gehweg erreichst, sowie der Sraßenbahnlinie 5 direkt vor der Tür, ist das Apartment der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für deinen Städtetrip.

Die Suite ist im ersten Stock (kein Aufzug) in einem wunderschönen generalsanierten Biedermeierhaus und ist geeignet für zwei Personen. Die Suite hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett (180x200cm), ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, extra Dusche, Waschbecken, WC, Föhn und Seife.(KEINE KÜCHE ) Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Teller, Gläser, Besteck und einen Wasserkocher Das Appartement ist neurenoviert, ruhig, und versprüht den Wiener Altbau-Charme.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus Fugbachgasse 5, sie hat einen seperaten Eingang, der sich um die Ecke auf der Mühlfeldgasse befindet. Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. The apartment is situated in Brigittenau district which is 15 minutes away from the city center by train (S-Bahn) or tram 2 where all the must-see sights are to be seen in beautiful Vienna. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

Dennoch ist die Wohnung nur 1 Gehminute von der S-Bahnstation Traisengasse und 3 Minuten Fußweg von der U6-Station Dresdnerstraße entfernt. Mit diesen Anbindungen ist das Stadtzentrum unkompliziert und bequem (insb. mit der S-Bahn) in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
