Used Sonja’s place for our work team Away Day’s and it was the perfect location with plenty of bed’s, bathrooms and space! House was spotless on arrival and kitchen is kitted with everything you need. Quick 7 minute walk to the beach and local shops so good location! Thank you Sonja!

Loved the quiet rural location that had great views and access to the Harbour. The house was a perfect size and layout, with 3 bdrms one end and master at other with communal living imbetween. Fab house length deck with a gorgeous Spa. Parking for several cars on the driveway and surrounding grass. Thoroughly recommend and would use again.

We had such a great night here - this space was so peaceful and we wish we could have stayed for longer to bird watch and take in the view. It’s exactly what you want from a beach house. Loved it!

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Suzy’s place is warm, cozy and inviting and just what we needed on the rainy days we had. The house is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the pizza oven despite less than ideal outdoor conditions. The photos don’t do the spaces justice! We loved our stay!

Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

We very much enjoyed our time at Karen and Grants place. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space, and even quite some toys and books available. The area around the bay is wonderful and offers a lot of nice walks and beaches. It is definitly a space worth on our list of go-there-again places!

Outstanding place to stay. Suits those who are keen to fish, relax in the bay, or as a base to explore Northern Coromandel. Comfy beds, toasty warm fire, great kitchen, spotlessly clean. Great storage for bikes, surfboards and fishing gear. We will be back!

Sally and Kev are friendly hosts with a gorgeous spot right by the water. Plenty of room for our family of four, two bedrooms inside the cottage and a well appointed sleep-out. Amenities to meet all needs when staying away from home. Would fully recommend!

Lovely family home with all that the description and photos promise and much more! A once in a lifetime location. We stayed here for the last days of our NZ trip and really appreciated relaxing and exploring the area and fabulous beaches north and south. A big thank you Carol!

Fantastic views and space for the price! This is perfect for all types of occasions with a group of family or friends. The host was responsive and we were given clear instructions on everything regarding to the house, check in, directions, recycling, etc! Highly recommended!

Jeremy & Andrea were helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning and evening walk One of the highlights was definitely the wood-fired pizza oven. It was such a fun we really enjoyed making pizzas and spending the evening outdoors

Had a much needed, restorative weekend at No 23 at the Beach. The cottage is located in a gorgeous private olive grove. While the weather was pretty rainy, we had a peaceful relaxing time and loved watching the local quails pecking around the trees outside. Will definitely return.

Kathryn’s place was amazing! We loved our stay. I couldn’t believe how well stocked it was. Everything we needed was there. It was extremely comfortable. The hospitality was so welcoming and we felt right at home. The view and the serenity take the cake though. Not often you get ocean, mountains, pastures, cows etc all at one place. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent time at Lisa. Lisa wa super helpful and accommodating.

Chris gave us a great welcome with a bottle of wine on arrival. She was very accommodating and let our kids feed the alpacas which was a great experience for them. Tidy house, very short drive to 2 great beaches.

I enjoyed my stay, extremely quiet being miles off a main road. water views with a friendly host allowing you access to all of the rural land.

We found a place our entire family enjoyed, we loved all the activities, the set up and the peacefulness. We plan to be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Clive’s place. He was a great host with lots of good recommendations. Pataua south is a beautiful location and we hope to be back. Cabin was just what we needed and very tidy. Perfect spot for a dog and the beach is only 10m outside of your own private gate!

Such an incredibly beautiful and private spot right by the water, with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. The Bird Box is also perfectly formed, thoughtfully kitted out with every amenity - it’s absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We feel so very lucky we got to stay here, have a hot cuppa on the deck as the day dawns or after a wonderful day of adventure in around the area - there’s so much to explore. Maxine’s a great host too and made us feel so welcome ❤️ we absolutely loved our stay!

Sean and Becs are outstanding hosts, and the cabin (particularly it's location) exceeded our expectations. We are walking Te Araroa and stopped here for a rest day- so had no vehicle. Sean was more than happy to take us to the shops (5km away) when they were heading that way and dropped us back to the trail when we left. They offered us veges from the garden, helpful advice and were all 'round great hosts and really nice people. The location is amazing and not mentioned much in the listing- the cabin looks out over a grapevines and a sloping lawn to the harbour. It's peaceful and relaxing, and the shower (in a small separate cabin ) is excellent. We didn't use the sauna but it is located right on the waters edge. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay, beautiful surroundings and nice to get to explore them with the kayaks and paddle boards available. Belinda and her husband were above and beyond hosts, will definitely be back!
