Anna was very flexible with check in & out times and days due to ferry links etc. House was in a great location and was suitable our family group of 4 over a long weekend

Andre and Juan were lovely and accommodating hosts! I really enjoyed staying here in my time in auckland - big beautiful home with a restaurant grade kitchen and 3 gorgeous bedrooms. The location is very central. Highly recommend!

My son and I had the pleasure of staying in Judy and Tony’s beautiful, warm, and luxurious villa for 10 nights, and we felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. A majestic 400-year-old tree stands proudly in the front yard, adding to the charm of the place. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was Judy and Tony themselves. They are kind, gracious, and genuinely refined individuals, with an effortless elegance and warmth that made us feel completely welcome while also respecting our privacy. On Sunday, they even took us to a nearby market, which turned out to be a delightful local experience. We’re deeply grateful for the chance to meet such wonderful people. Getting to know them added something truly beautiful not just to our stay in New Zealand, but to our view of the world. We still miss the time we spent there.

We had a lovely stay in Helen and Peter's beautiful home - with amazing art everywhere. Furniture and beds very comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. The outside space was super and wonderful for relaxing in the evening after a day exploring Auckland. Ponsonby area is very walkable for coffee and shops. The CBD is manageable but a little further away. We would highly recommend Helen and her lovely home!

Good location, clean house, perfect view! Great place overall.

A beautifully presented place and everything was spotless. Could probably do with a few more kitchen utensils, like a dishcloth or cleaning cloth, dustpan and brush, cooking utensils as there were only two. Upstairs was very hot and could probably do with a fan. These were only minor things but if tended to, would make future stays pleasurable. I did not get to meet Han as there was no need to, but apart from those few issues, the place was as described and I would stay again.

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

Our business hired this house to retreat and strategise. The spacious downstairs area was perfect for our day to day activities and upstairs was ideal for relaxing, and eating. Everyone found it refreshing, spacious and comfortable, and rejuvenating in the quiet, tranquil setting.

The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. The location was also perfect - with nearby transport available, it was easy to explore the surrounding area. This is a very special place. Ponsonby and its spunky cafés right around the corner, yet totally private and quite. The appartment is large, open, bright. Interior done with great taste and care. The terrace, the Auckland skyline, hard to beat. Carl is professional, friendly and circumspect, wonderful host.

Janine is a 'fully present', warm, unfussy - yet fully responsive - Host. There is a genuine relaxed nature about the home environment to which I felt completely welcomed to engage. The perpetual offer of tea, along with a friendly chat (if desired), was on-call at every turn - yet with zero-pressure to engage. It was one of those Airbnb experiences that strikes the perfect balance of being made to feel fully 'at home', while afforded the breezy, desired knowledge of being able to come and go as one pleases (without fear of disturbing anyone else). I will surely request staying again when back in Auckland (if Janine will have me). [Oh yes, there's also the charmingly elusive Rocky-the-cat, who will not be the least interested in your existence during your stay, (which I took as a direct challenge, and did manage to earn the occasional petting privilege). Being said, if cats are not your thing - not to worry, as Rocky will reflect your indifference with mathematical exactness!] 5 stars!

I lived in Thomas & Violet's house for half a month, just like my own home. Their room is clean and tidy. you can walk to the supermarket, library and beautiful seaside boardwalk in ten minutes Thomas & Violet are very helpful, they are always there when you need them. When I lived there They spent a lot of time helping me understand everything I needed，They helped me deal with the problems in the process of buying a car and applying for insurance. With their help, my nervous mood was greatly relieved. Thomas & Violet were very generous and enthusiastic. They invited me to taste their Chinese foods and German foods, and invited me to ride, hiking and climb mountains with their families. This half month was so fulfilling and unforgettable. Thank you Thomas & Violet. I already miss you. It is highly recommended to stay at Thomas & Viole's house and spend as much time as possible. I am sure you will enjoy it

We had a fantastic family holiday at Jeff’s place - such a spacious place in a peaceful rural setting with a lovely heated pool and conveniently located to everything Aucklands north shore has to offer.

Abi's home is a period style gem in a great neighbourhood. It is a particularly stylish house that also manages to hit that sweet spot of a very being comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the living space is great, especially with the doors rolled back to make use of the outdoor deck. Being summertime in NZ, we took full advantage of the swimming pool, spending hours at a time chilling out there. The neighbourhood is perfectly located, with a supermarket and very appealing cafes and parks just a block away. Even better, it is only a 10 minute walk to the high street in Ponsonby where everything you could want is located in terms of shops, bars & restaurants. The kitchen is great and really well set up with everything you would need to cook a big family dinner which is exactly what we enjoyed. Abi was very gracious in all of her communications with us, being very flexible to our travel arrangements. This is the perfect stay in Auckland, with everything you need to either stay in and enjoy the space or get out and stuck into the cafe culture of Auckland.
