The view of the Castle is stunning--I would say magical--and though the apartments are located in a very busy tourist area, they feel like an oasis of calm. Lynne was extremely helpful and accommodating in all ways.

Slawomir was a great host. Showed us around the apartment with instructions and recommendations. He responded quickly and meet us after we checked out as something was left behind in a drawer. The apartment was well equipped with the basics and some extras such as umbrellas, spices, tea etc. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to return should we go back to Edinburgh.

Wonderful stay in a cozy one bedroom in a fabulous part of town, where you can walk everywhere. Thank you Susie and Amit! We hope to be back again!

logement bien situé et au calme du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied. la communication avec Dawn s'est bien passée : réactivité parfaite. Nous n'avions juste pas fait attention que le logement était en "sous sol". La luminosité manquait un peu en fin de journée.

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh! The location is great and walkable, with many restaurants, pubs, and parks nearby. Eddie was responsive, friendly, and gave us local recommendations. We loved it!

Thank you Johanna for such a wonderful stay. All of the instructions (with pictures!) Really ensured a smooth and easy check in and clear instructions also left for us in the flat. The flat is in a nice quiet area but still easily walkable from the city centre. We walked from Waverley and stopped at a lovely pub for tea halfway there. Very clean and spacious and the milk/cereals/nepresso were really appreciated. The main reason I booked was due to the 2 bathrooms, as with 2 couples this was ideal and meant getting ready for a day round Edinburgh was streamlined! The king bed was extremely comfy and I am assured the double was as well. We had breakfast one day at the Spoons round the corner and Sunday we ordered a breakfast delivery from Dine Thyme (would recommend for ease and good Scottish items). I would not hesistate to stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Except for the challenge getting into the lockbox to grab the key, everything was pretty much perfect. Grant was very responsive to our questions when my parents and I arrived. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Ample closet and drawer space, including hangers and extra blankets. The clothes washer and dryer worked fine. We didn’t make use of the dishes, so I can’t speak about the dishwasher. The bathrooms were stocked with body wash, and there was more in the closets. The location was fantastic for us. When we turned the corner onto Princes Street, we were met with one of the most beautiful cityscapes I ever seen - Princes Street Park, the castle, and all of the gorgeous buildings that line the opposite side of the park. Just be aware that taxis won’t stop on Charlotte Street. They will let you off on the corner of Charlotte and George Street. A friend of mine who stayed at Kimpton on Charlotte said the same thing. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Edinburgh.

An obvious 5* rating, would have gone higher! The flat was meticulous; beautifully decorated, very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, large shower, and a kitchen with all the amenities plus welcome food! We loved our stay here and will try hard to return. The location is perfect for restaurants, buses and walking to all Edinburgh has to offer. As two women on holidays it was a very safe neighbourhood and Ubers always arrived within 1 minute. We spent plenty of time in the living room with the two large windows overlooking a park and letting the sunshine stream in - it was beautiful. I love Edinburgh and now I love this place. You won't regret staying here.

excellent location, buses regular to city centre, short walk to supermarket. clean and lots of storage.

Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Fiona’s place is perfect to feel local in Edinburgh. The restaurants around her we nice and we loved the breakfast at Cherry Cafe Was a beautiful easy walk to the royal mile also

Giovanna's place was perfect, clean and in the best location for a city break to Edinburgh! We had the best time and Giovanna did everything to make our stay enjoyable and easy! She was so communicative and eager to help! Many thanks for everything!

Clean and nice flat in the heart of Edinburgh. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants are close by, within easy walking distance. It's on a side street with a bunch of nearby restaurants, so it was a bit noisy well into the night, so be sure to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also, there's no parking included, and the parking nearby is very expensive. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking to be close to everything in Edinburgh.

It was a pleasant apartment, it was fully equipped. Center within walking distance, just keep in mind it is a lot of uphill walking. Less than 1 minute away there is a supermarket. The host was also always quick to respond. Definitely highly recommended!

This is a very well appointed apartment on the fourth floor with an impressive balcony looking at the port of Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

When we arrived, Aimee came ouside to greet us, lovely lady, very friendly! Place looked exactly like the pictures, hot tub was spacious with different settings and temperature control. Also got to see the chickens in the backyard, and Aimee had picked out a few eggs and left them in a basket for us! Lovely place and amazing apartment, we felt right at home! Absolutely worth the stay!

Die Wohnung besticht durch die Lage. In 1 Minute ist man mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist Alles vorhanden und der Support bei Fragen war unglaublich. Jederzeit wieder Tim und ganz liebe Grüße an Michelle! Lutz

Great Central position just off the Royal Mile. Lovely little flat. Just be aware it's three stories up, but will keep you fit.

I am so pleased I booked this place and would return. All of the small touches had been thought of which made the experience special. The host provided a very clear short video showing us exactly how to get in. As you walk into the hall, you are welcomed with a beautiful fresh aroma, I think from scented diffuser sticks. There was Prosecco and tasty cookies on the dining table. The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The bed was covered with a host of comfy cushions and offered a restful sleep. TV and all appliances had instructions to hand, though they were simple to use. Easy walking distance to high street and the beach and free parking off the main road.
