The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
