Our complex is open all year and consists 5 apartments of different sizes and facilities. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here Apartment 3: for 1 person (14m2) 1st Floor - cypress green (Owner residence - agreement on a monthly basis) Entrance courtyard (8m2). Small cafe table and director's chair with a fantastic view over the village, monastery and castle. Apartment (14m2): This room contains a single bed, wardrobe, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and W / C. 2.50 m2 a small veranda overlooking the village and the castle

While the location of the property offers a quiet and secluded setting, it is only a 3 minutes’ walk to the popular seafront where café’s, restaurants, bakery and shops can be found. Access to the pool, as well as to the olive and vegetable gardens. A number of outdoors activities such as mountain e-biking, boating, hiking, rock climbing and more can be arranged.

Art Gallery House

My house is only 250m away from Aspous sandy beach. It is a typical traditional Skyrian house surrounded by a big courtyard full of trees and flowers. My aim was to create a convenient and charming place which combines the Skyrian style along with modern elements for relaxing vacations and contact with nature and the sea. The walls are covered with lovely paintings. This is ideal for a couple or a couple with children with the area being very safe and plenty of shade around the property.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. Έχει βεράντα με θέα στο Πέλαγος και μια μεγάλη αυλή με θέα στο βουνό. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ και παραλίες. Η γύρω περιοχή προσφέρει άφθονες ευκαιρίες για πεζοπορία, κολύμπι, αναρρίχηση ή χαλάρωση. Στην τιμή περιλαμβάνεται και ο νόμιμος φόρος ανά ημέρα.

House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.
