This fully renovated apartment is ideal for a couple, or for a couple with a child. It features 1 bedroom with a large built-in closet and with a 160x200cm bed, 1 living+dining room with a table and a sofa, 1 kitchen with a breakfast bar, and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. The flat is located a 1 minute walk away from the Consolação beach, a 5 minute drive to Peniche and a 8 minute drive to Baleal. And at a mere 1 hour drive from Lisboa. Free WiFi is included (unlimited traffic upon request).

Independent country/beach space

We are a family of 6 that left city life and we currently live in a house in the country/beachside in a 3-house quiet street. Your room, with a WC, is outside the house and independent, perfect for enjoying chill days, nights, and sunsets in the garden with a sea view. There is a bus 5 min walk direct to Lisbon and Peniche and the closest beach is a 3 km/25min walk. The room is adequate for remote work and to relax in peace after a day traveling or at the beach. Space for car, van, bike, boards.

Espaço situado em zona bastante tranquila e central na Serra Del Rei, Peniche, luminoso e acolhedor, caracterizado pelas paredes pedra natural. Wc com duche e maquina de lavar roupa, tábua de passar e ferro de engomar. No piso superior pequeno hall com sofá, um quarto com 2 camas solteiro e wc com duche-. Classificado como monumento nacional, este emblemático moinho de Peniche teve, desde 1895 e durante décadas, utilização agrícola e industrial. Actualmente, completamente renovado e sob o nome “Abrigo do Moleiro” pretende ser um espaço acolhedor para turistas de todo o mundo proporcionando recordações únicas a quem nele pernoita. A "Casa da Falésia 28" (casa) situa-se no Bairro do Visconde, um bairro típico da cidade de Peniche. Com uma vista única para o mar, a casa está totalmente equipada com tudo aquilo que precisa para usufruir de umas relaxantes férias. Encontrará a poucos minutos a pé a zona central da cidade, a Fortaleza de Peniche, o cais de embarque para a ilha da Berlenga, a praia do Porto da Areia e a Avenida do Mar, onde existem alguns restaurantes, bares e cafés.
