Great apartment in a good location. A bit far from the center but we were visiting friends that live in the area so it was perfect for us.

We spent a week in Pilar's beautiful home. The location is easily walkable to the metro restaurants, museums etc. We enjoyed eating at the various restaurants nearby -- none more than a block or two from the apartment. Havana Blues (two blocks from apt) for cuban sandwiches, La Princessa on the opposite corner from our block apt for amazing dolmas, chicken shawarma and belly dancing. The mercado is two blocks away for cheese fresh seafood and vegetables. Lots of coffee and pastry options. Pilar gave us a personal overview of how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is completely stocked. We probably spent most of our time out on the terrace, which also has a cute little sleeping cottage. There is a large retractable awning to offer shade in the hot part of the day. We sat outside every night and the large conversation couch offers plenty of seating. Pilar is a lovely host and is extremely responsive. We highly recommend.

My stay was AMAZING. The loft apartment is even more stunning in person than in pictures. The terrace is amazing & the bathroom is brand new. I stayed for a month and the apartment is great equipped. Plenty of sheets, towels, and closet space. The wifi was also great. The location is extremely convenient. Everywhere was walkable and extremely safe. It’s right by a lot of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this spot to anyone! The host, Marga, is very responsive and kind. One of the best airbnbs I ever stayed at.

In one word - AMAZING. The apartment was great, cosy and we felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and there was so much space to put our stuff away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The work area was a great surprise! The area is vibrant and there are tons of things to do just a few minutes away. We can’t wait for a chance to come back!!

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

We had a great stay at Diego's apartment! He and Marcos were extremely helpful throughout the trip, helping us with check-in and various questions along the way. Overall the apartment is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is incredible, as you can easily walk 20min to get to most of the top downtown Madrid sites. There's a huge variety of food, shopping, and entertainment options nearby as well as metro stops.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Pedro. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la Gran Vía y rodeada de bares y restaurantes. A pesar de estar en una zona animada, con las ventanas cerradas el ruido de la calle, se reducía. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado, con atención a los detalles, incluyendo algunas cositas para el desayuno que fueron un bonito toque. Pedro fue muy atento y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestros mensajes. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar para una estancia en Madrid.

El departamento es muy moderno y muy bonito, equipado y cómodo. Daniel fue muy gentil, amigable y servicial, realmente un excelente anfitrión. Con gusto regresaría.

Le logement est paisible et agréable. Un supermarché Dia se trouve juste en diagonale, très pratique et proposant des prix intéressants. La chambre est très confortable, avec un excellent matelas, ce qui contribue à ressentir l’ambiance chaleureuse de la maison. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec des explications claires, notamment concernant l’accès au garage. Le bâtiment est équipé d’un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique pour les bagages.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Francisco's beautiful apartment! He is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive, understanding, and provided fantastic local recommendations and helpful information. When we made a mistake with our booking, he accommodated us immediately without any hassle. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four; having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was a real luxury. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a bus station and within walking distance to the metro. Plus, the area felt peaceful and secure. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay at Francisco's place again. Highly recommend and 5 bright stars!

Nieves nos recibió muy amablemente en su lindo apartamento, muy acogedor y cómodo para todo el grupo. Estuvo pendiente a nuestra llegada, nos dejó unos panitos muy ricos y todo equipado. Ubicado en una zona tranquila y cercana a estación de bus y metro, fácil de acceder.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem versehen, was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, ich kann sowohl Vincente als Gastgeber als auch die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

We enjoyed our stay at Isabel’s apartment. Apartment is as described, clean and had everything listed. Location is a bit further from central than expected, with top sites 35-40min walk. Isabel was quick to respond to messages and proactive in reaching out making sure we had everything we needed. Overall a good deal and we would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay close enough to city center but far enough to have a more local feel!

We had a great stay at Lorena’s place. It was easy access to and from Atocha. The accommodations were also perfect for our 8-month old daughter.
