The Honeybee is a taste of the 1950s countryside right by the city with exposed beam ceilings, wood finishes, neutral grays, a screened back porch, and a fire pit out in the yard. A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

The building it self has a total of six units. Christina is always available by message should you need anything. Stroll just a few blocks from this central location to Ponce City Market and the Beltline, and head down the street to jog in Piedmont Park. Cross the street to encounter well-known Atlanta eateries such as Mary Mac's Tea Room, Pappi's, and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
