We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

We had a wonderful time at George's place. It is a nice, comfortable and quite spacious house, very well equipped and very clean. Great location to sightsee local attractions and monuments and a few minutes' drive from the most wonderful beaches in the area. George's recommendations were perfect and his neighbors are amazing! Thank you all very much for your hospitality and kindness!

La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Η εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το Airbnb ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Από την αρχή, η κα Λαμπρινή-Άννα ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, δείχνοντας πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τη διαμονή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν άψογα καθαρό, προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, και είχε μια ζεστή, φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ βολική, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, αλλά με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Είχε όλες τις παροχές που θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε, και πραγματικά φαινόταν πως είχε γίνει μια προσεκτική σκέψη για την άνεση των επισκεπτών (κυρίως με την κλειστή θέση πάρκινγκ που είναι δύσκολο να βρεις σε αυτή την πόλη σαν παροχή). Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο χώρο ξανά και θα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε φίλους και γνωστούς!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Lage und Aussicht. Wir sind auf dem Landweg von Athen gekommen und waren erst spät im dunklen in Neo Styra wo wir an der Tankstelle freundlich erwartet wurden und zum Haus geleitet wurden. Zurück haben wir die Fähre genommen was wesentlich angenehmer war als die endlose langsame Küstenstraße auf Evia. Der Blick von der Terrasse des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft. Wir waren im März vor Ort daher war es einfach noch zu kalt für den Pool der Kamin war am Abend wichtiger für uns. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und liegt einfach toll. Die Zufahrt ist anspruchsvoll und man sollte ein etwas höheres Auto fahren. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss um nach Neo Styra zu kommen. Vor Ort gibt es auch eine halbwilde Katze die gerne den Kontakt zu den Gästen sucht und sich kraulen lässt. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden mit unserem Kurzurlaub.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the bay. It has a lot of personality and privacy - the three rooms and the kitchen / living room are all within 20m of each other, but have private entrances. Great wind all day long, and 2 min away from the beach, whether you want a private dip or an unpretentious beach club with good food. I would just be wary if any visitors have a bad back / knees or are pregnant, as the entrance that is comfortable to get to by car requires climbing a bit of stairs. Otherwise, one can use the dirt road going around the bay to get to the upper entrance. Overall though, it has been an absolute pleasure!

We had a wonderful week at this place! The house it’s equipped with everything you might need. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want quiet and peace or if you want to explore Evia and it’s natural beauty! Aikaterini it’s an excelent host, allways ready to help with tips about the place or things to do. Near the place you can enjoy 2 or 3 local taverns with the most amazing local food, Akrogiali beeing one of these. It was a 5 star experience for us!

Άψογη συνεργασία με την κα Γιώτα και τον κο Άλεξ. Η μετάβαση στο κατάλυμά τους αφορούσε εργασιακούς λόγους. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τον επαγγελματισμό και τη διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση. Ήσυχο μέρος, όμορφο περιβάλλον, καλοί άνθρωποι. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Πολύ όμορφη και άνετη εξοχική μονοκατοικία, ιδανική για επισκέπτες με παιδιά ή κατοικίδια ζώα, αλλά και ηλικιωμένα άτομα, καθώς είναι πλήρως προσβάσιμη και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια στην κεντρική παραλία και τα εστιατόρια της περιοχής. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη, επικοινωνιακή και πολύ ευχάριστη στην παρέα, ήταν διαθέσιμη κάθε στιγμή για μας και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας προτείνει δραστηριότητες. Λάτρεψα τις δύο λεμονιές στην αυλή της και τα λεμόνια που μας πρόσφερε για σουβενίρ!

Wir kamen mit zwei kleinen Kindern mitten in der Nacht in Athen an. Margaritas Haus war perfekt- schnell zu erreichen, genau richtig ausgestattet und ein passender Platz für die erste Nacht. Danke sehr!

Ioannis est très accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Il nous a attendu tout sourire et nous à dit tout ce que nous avions besoin de savoir sur le logement et les alentours. Nous avons discuté dans un anglais simple, quitte à réexpliquer si besoin. Sa maison comporte tout, absolument tout ce que vous avez besoin. Nous sommes arrivés avec nos petites valises cabines et étions bien contents de trouver des gels douche/dentifrice/rasoirs/pâtes/riz (je ne citerai pas tout!) et tout les condiments possibles. De quoi se sentir chez soi. La plage se trouve à environ 10min à pied et les commerces sont très proches, dont un market inn. Pour faire plus de courses un Liddle se trouve un peu plus loin (15min) a Rafina. Bref nickel.

We had a lovely holiday with this as or base for 10 days. we were 2 adults and 4 children (9-15). The rooms were slightly different to what we imagined from the pictures (but matched the description) The bedrooms down stairs are via a separate external door(it's own self contained unit) and one is accessed through the other. we did manage to sort things out but it's something to consider. It's a great property and had everything we needed. the BBQ got a lot of use and the nearby OK supermarket is great for daily supplies. We visited Porto Rafti (better beaches), Rafina, Aquaopolis (really well designed water park, plenty of shade in high season sun), Athens (if you can brave the traffic, driving in is much better than metro from the airport if you have kids and much cheaper). The roof was a nice place to relax in the evening when the children were settled and of course the pool was brilliant for everyone We would visit the area again. would definitely consider staying at the same place

Super logement pour séjourner un week-end, pas loin de la mer, bons endroits pour se restaurer tout proche. Je recommande Tina pour avoir été claires dans ses instructions, et je la remercie pour sa flexibilité des horaires.

Le jardin secret d'Aimilia est un petit paradis qu'on voudrait garder pour soi! Les espaces extérieurs sont somptueux, entretenus avec goût et avec soin, partout des odeurs de fleurs et de petits coins pour se détendre, se cacher, boire son café. Aimilia est absolument adorable, hyper réactive, accueillante et pleine de delicates attentions (la brioche de Pâques, les oeufs frais, tous les détails de la maison pensés pour qu'on se sente encore mieux équipé que chez soi!). Nous avions le studio du bas et l'appartement du haut et tout était vraiment parfait, décoré avec beaucoup d'originalité et de générosité. Aimilia nous a montré comment rejoindre la mer en à peine 15mn à pied pour aller dans de délicieux restaurants (Fiki Fiki !) et elle a un guide complet de bons plans et bonnes adresses, une mine d'or ! On aurait voulu rester plus longtemps ! Et on reviendra ! Un immense merci à cette hôtesse 5 étoiles qui met du coeur dans ce qu'elle fait!

Aimilia ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es fehlt an nichts, und sonst wäre es möglich danach zu fragen. Wir haben uns wie willkommener Besuch gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön um einfach im Garten zu verweilen. Ca.15 Minuten entfernt pulsiert das Leben des Ortes. Restaurants, Bars und das Meer. Ein Ort zum wieder kommen und länger zu bleiben. Für Homeoffice nicht geeignet, da das Internet schwach. Vielen Dank Aimilia!
