Fikir tepedeki residencelardan biri manzarası harika kocaman bir terası var ev çok kullanışlı ve büyük ve temizdi araçsız gelmiştik biraz metrodan yürüdük sadece ama taksiyle daha kolay. Sıcak atmosferi olan havadar bir ev sadece bazı bakımsız tamire ihtiyaç duyulan bina sıkıntıları var herşey harikaydı teşekkürler

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.

Central location, friendly communication. The apartment matches the description; it's spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. I would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment to anyone!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

El Departamento es igual a como se ve en las fotos, muy comodo y amplio con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Todo muy limpio y bien decorado. La ubicacion es perfecta, alrededor hay muchas opciones para comer y supermercados para comprar, a pesar de la cercanía el departamento es tranquilo y no hay ruido. Lo recomiendo 100%, hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estadía. La Comunicacion y entrega de llaves ha sido todo muy sencillo. Muchas gracias nuevamente!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Batuhan! Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig sind viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Der Check-in sowie Check-Out waren hervorragend! Wir konnten sogar etwas länger bleiben, da unser Flieger erst spät am Nachmittag ging. Wir können die Wohnung 100% weiterempfehlen!

Un departamento con una vista hermosa , en un edificio con historia. Céntrico y muy fácil de hacer todo a pie. Departamento confortable y con todo lo indispensable para pasar una buena estancia nosotros estuvimos más de una semana y genial. Abdullah muy atento y gentil, siempre disponible y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Recomendable 100%

Great multiplex apartment very close to galata tower in a quiet alley with a beautiful sunrise view of the bosphorus. 6 of us stayed for one week and had a great base at Murats apartment for visiting all the sights

Zekis home was a good base for exploring Istanbul. Only minutes walk from Galata Tower and ideal area in Beyoğlu. The flat was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We had previously stayed in Istanbul but much preferred Zekis location. I would recommend and return. Everything you could need for an enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

I loved my 2 weeks in this apartment. Firstly, Pelin is a wonderful host who kindly met me at the apartment, because she was busy cleaning it for me as I only booked it on the same morning. She allowed me early check in, which was very kind and very much appreciated. The apartment is very clean and very cosy. You have full control of the heating, and there is also A/C, plus it's very quiet, you can open the windows for fresh air. The kitchen is petite but you quickly get used to it and I cooked a lot. The location is perfect, in a lovely building, quiet neighbours but you are really in the heart of Cihanger. Carrefour is 3 minutes away for all the shopping, plus the cutest cafes are all around. There are sweet cats hanging around outside waiting to say 'merhaba'. I would have liked the wifi to be stronger (it didn't reach the bedroom) but that is outside of the host's control. Thanks to Pelin for being a wonderful host. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

This place is amazing! Looks exactly like the photos, beautiful clean apartment, smelled so good when we first entered. It has an elevator which I understand is a rare thing in the area. Spacious place with the comfort of a home. Can is an amazing host, everything was top notch and we had such a great stay during our family vacation there. It's close to the subway, tram and Taksim square which is a huge plus. I already bookmarked the link and we're definitely going back next time we're in Istanbul.

The suite alone was a delight: comfortable, cozy, and clean. Everything was as described and pictured, and there was even a bookcase loaded with books in a variety of subjects and in several languages. The table was set with a bowl containing fresh fruits and we kept it easily stocked as the closest grocery store was a brief few minutes' walk. The suite's location makes getting about quite easy, whether you're in a walking mood and anxious to traverse Icadiye Caddesi with all of its eateries and specialty shops (bonus if you stop in at Off the Record, a sweet little family-owned new-and-used vinyl/CD/cassette shop that's also a cafe) on your way to picturesque Kuzguncuk along the Bosphorus, or would like to catch a bus to Marmaray and your gateway across the Strait. But the best part of all is your host, Mustafa, sharing great places to see, visit, and eat. Wonderfully attentive to his guests' needs, Mustafa made our vacation that much better. We'll definitely stay here again!
