The apartment was lovely, highly functional and located right in the centre of Potes. Short walking distance to all bars and restaurants. The offer of parking was great as the parking in the town was very busy. Jose was a great host, giving us good local recommendations and was also very helpful.

A modern, comfortable, and quiet apartment in a very well-designed and full-featured complex. There's really nothing to fault in Marcelo's apartment, and Marcelo was a perfect host. Everything is comfortable and exactly as pictured. The apartment maintenance and the overall building maintenance is impecable. I would say that this apartment, in particular, is one of the best in the entire building because the view from the porch at the back of the complex is straight into the Forest of Zoreda - a solid wall of swaying trees. There is absolutely no noise beyond the forest critters. The pool was excellent and uncrowded, as was the gym. You can take some nice walks exploring the aforementioned forest, but there is little else to find in the locale. There is one local sidrería/restaurant, and you'll drive for most everything else. So if you need to be near Oviedo, but don't really want to be right in the middle of it, it's perfect. This apartment was our home base for a week of epic road cycling in the area, and for that it was great. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfecta estancia de fin de semana; ver el mar mientras desayunas es un plus, muy acogedor el apartamento.

El apartamento está tal y como indican las fotos, limpio y nuevo. Es fácil aparcar en la zona y se incluye una plaza de garaje. Los dos baños también estaba muy bien equipados. La piscina y la pista de pádel están muy cercanas, solo cruzando la calle. La zona también está genial para pasar unos días y conocer Asturias, con la autovía muy cerca. ¡Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia repetiríamos encantados!

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

Hemos estado muy contentos en el piso a pesar de la corta estancia, ya que es muy acogedor y confortable. Valoramos la plaza de garaje a escasos metros de la vivienda. Las camas son muy cómodas: hemos descansado muy bien. Está muy bien ubicado en una calle peatonal sin ningún ruido al lado del Auditorio y a cinco minutos a pie del Ayuntamiento. ¡Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Asturias, que es una tierra preciosa!

La casa de Angel está en una muy buena ubicación, salon amplio, cocina amplia y habitaciones muy cómodas. Facil de llegar y con facilidad de aparcamiento. Repetiremos.

Natalia mostró en todo momento flexibilidad y comunicación, siempre pendiente. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en sus fotos, adaptado con todo tipo de detalles en todo el apartamento, comodidad y ambiente muy agradable, espacioso, limpio… Sin duda, si tengo que alojarme por la zona no dudaré en volver a contactar con ella. Buena ubicación, al ser zona céntrica es zona azul, pero encuentras aparcamiento. Un placer conocer a Natalia y poder haber disfrutado de su apartamento. Totalmente recomendable.

Estancia de Semana Santa. Alojamiento muy muy recomendable. Totalmente equipado. Hiperlimpio. Las fotos ya nos gustaron, pero es todavía mejor in situ. Zona muy tranquila y a un paseito del centro (15 min.) con mucha facilidad para estacionar el coche, tanto dentro de la urbanización como en la calle. Supermercado y restaurantes cerca. A la anfitriona Natalia, solo podemos darle las gracias por todo. Atenta a todo, detallista y muy amable Nos dió un montón de info útil, tanto antes como al llegar. Anfitriona y alojamiento de 10.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Borja y Rebeca inmejorables en su amabilidad e interés en facilitar l información y estar pendientes de lo que podíamos necesitar. La casa tiene una vista preciosa y se encuentra muy cerca de playas espectaculares. La casa cuenta con todos los utencillos necesarios, no falta nada en la cocina y tienen el detalle de dejarte agua fresca, cervezas y otros elementos básicos que se agradecen cuando acabas de llegar de viaje. Un experiencia buenísima para pasar en familia unos días maravillosos.

Helena es una persona sencilla y súper atenta, muy hospitalaria y preocupada para q nos llevemos la mejor experiencia del lugar. Pandel de Berruga es un lugar precioso que debe ser cuidado y protegido y Helena lo hace y crea conciencia para que los visitantes también lo hagamos. La casa es hermosa, las vistas del balcón y las ventanas son de ensueño ❤️ Hacer caminatas por alrededor es una aventura imperdible 😍 Gracias Helena
