Abbiamo serenamente trascorso quattro giorni in questa magica struttura in stile Umbro-Toscano, che ha ospitato comodamente tre coppie di amici in ampie, eleganti e funzionali camere dotate di tutti i confort. L’ampia sala da pranzo e adiacente cucina ci ha permesso di vivere insieme colazioni e cene. Il patio esterno permette di ammirare il paesaggio intorno in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Molto apprezzata è stata la zona di cottura esterna, dotata di barbecue e forno a legna in pietra che ci ha permesso di gustare una grigliata serale. Una vacanza che per ciascuno di noi, nessuno escluso, ha assunto un inaspettato valore aggiunto proprio per la bellezza e comodità di questa struttura, armonicamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare umbro. Un sentito ringraziamento da parte di tutti noi a Daniele Rossi che ci ha ospitato, per l’estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione, permettendoci quattro giorni di vero relax.

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!

Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu talo, josta hienot näkymät. Luca ja muu väki ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Todin kaupunki on lähellä, siellä on paljon nähtävää ja hyviä ravintoloita. Talo sijaitsi korkealla avarien maisemien keskellä. Loistavat kävelymaastot sille, joka pitää korkeusvaihteluista. Kävelyn jälkeen mukava pulahtaa uima-altaaseen. Umbriassa on paljon nähtävää tunnin ajomatkan säteellä (Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Euroopan korkein putous, järvi yms.)

This villa is a dream for anyone looking to explore the Umbria region. Its centrally located, allowing access to Todi, Assisi, Spello, and Perugia. It is also a stone's throw from the Montefalco wine region. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and every turn offers a beautiful view. The kitchen is VERY well appointed, making dining at home a breeze. Great for families travelling together or a small group of friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Siamo stati benissimo in questa bella villetta tra gli ulivi, è stato tutto perfetto! Casa confortevole e piena di bei dettagli di arredo, completa con tutto ciò che può servire, temperatura ok nonostante il caldo torrido. Grande giardino e veranda che ci siamo goduti al massimo e la piscina è stato il punto forte. Perfetta per far divertire i bambini e rinfrescare gli adulti. Due amichevoli gatti a cui i bambini si sono subito affezionati. Si stava talmente bene che a malapena siamo usciti a visitare i dintorni (che comunque meritano moltissimo). Non abbiamo conosciuto Manuela ma siamo stati accolti da Mauro, che è stato disponibilissimo e molto flessibile con il check in e check out. Speriamo di tornare!

Met 2 gezinnen (8 personen) een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Authentiek huis met bijpassende sfeer. Echte Italiaanse ervaring, lekker kunnen koken met BBQ buiten. 4 slaapkamers, 2,5 badkamer. 3 keukens met 2 koelkasten (1 met grote vriezer). Vriendelijke loslopende honden nabij het huis. Huis in de prachtige natuur, vlakbij mooi dorpje Ficulle en 30 minuten rijden naar Orvieto. Laura is een fantastische host. Alles wordt opgelost en ze heeft geweldige recreatie tips. Zwembad niet groot, maar prima om lekker af te koelen. pubers hebben zich ook vermaakt.

Manfredi’s countryside cottage is an absolute gem! We spent a blissful 7 days relaxing around the gorgeous pool and eating Al fresco with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. The cottage has everything you need, is private and very comfortable and stays surprisingly cool and breezy even in the hottest weather (there is no air con - but don’t let this put you off). The pool is a beautiful temperature and the outdoor BBQ and dining area is great. Take on board all of Manfredi’s local recommendations. Of his suggestions our 2 favourites were: Monte Castello de Vibio for a wander around a beautiful hilltop village (visit the pasticceria there) Restaurant Bivio del Moro - some of the best food we’ve eaten in Italy - get the Guanciale starter - book ahead. One week was not enough - thank you Manfredi ❤️

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

casale situato in campagna immerso in uno splendido paesaggio collinare. facilmente raggiungibile. abbiamo passato il natale in 14 persone di cui 2 bambini. l alloggio è spazioso , suddiviso bene, e bello. consigliatissimo.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

This is a beautiful villa located 15-20 minutes walk from beautiful Bevagna old town. The views are breathtaking and the villa is really comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Our host Luca was extremely responsible and provided amazing restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault this villa or its location.

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein Traum. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und das Haus einzigartig. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, um jeden Abend ein schönes Essen zuzubereiten. die Kommunikation mit Caroline war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Esperienza indimenticabile in questa bellissima proprietà. Ognuno di noi 12 ha goduto del massimo comfort e relax. Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ambienti comuni ben arredati, cucina dotata di tutto, giardino e terrazze esterne dal quale la vista è mozzafiato. Un luogo affascinante! Consigliamo assolutamente a tutti coloro che amano la tranquillità e desiderano visitare i più bei borghi e città dell'Umbria e Toscana.

The villa is spectacular -- both inside and out. We were among the first guests to stay at the villa, which sits on a hill overlooking Cortona and Camucia. Stefania is very responsive -- starting with our very first question about the villa prior to booking -- something we very much appreciated. Stefania's colleague, Beky met us down the street on arrival and we were able to follow her to the villa, which sits about 300 meters down an unpaved, dirt road. We drove an SUV from the Netherlands so this wasn't an issue, but guests with a car with a lower transmission should take note. Beky greeted us with homemade pici and fresh tomatoes and basil from her garden. There was also a tart sitting in the kitchen to welcome us, along with a bottle of wine. Very nice and thoughtful touches! The villa sits on a hill surrounded by mature olive trees, with a gorgeous view of Cortona (approximately 10 minutes via car). The villa is also in a great location if you want to sightsee and take day trips in the area -- Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, San Gimignano and a multitude of wineries are all easily accessible from Cortona. Inside the Villa: The villa is absolutely stunning, incredibly spacious and stylishly appointed. There are a total of 5 bedrooms (each with a comfortable queen/full size bed and en suite bathroom) and a total of 6 bathrooms in the villa. Each bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet & bidet). The property sleeps up to 15 people (5 queen beds + 2 queen size sofa beds (ground floor and second floor) + 1 twin sofa bed in the master suite on the top floor). The front door opens from the ground floor into the kitchen with a large island, kitchen table and family room. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed for cooking and there are 2 refrigerator/freezers. The family room features a large TV and very comfortable couch, which converts to a sofa bed for 2 people, if needed. The kitchen table has chairs for 15 people. Just off the kitchen are stairs down to the laundry area. There is an "all-in-one" washer/dryer along with 2 large drying racks, an iron and an ironing board. As the weather was warm and sunny, we chose to dry all of our laundry on racks out by the pool. Upstairs from the kitchen are 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms (shower, toilet, bidet and sink). On the left there is a full bathroom, along with another family room with another comfortable couch/sofa bed for 2, large TV and another family size table with chairs. Two sets of french doors open onto the terrace, pool and BBQ area. On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The master suite includes a large oversized chair that coverts to a twin sofa bed, and also has a desk and chair. The master suite french doors open to stairs that take you outside down to the pool. The pool, terrace and the grounds: The infinity pool and terrace are amazing -- as are the views of Cortona. The water temperature of the pool was cool and refreshing. As we stayed in August and the temperatures hit close to 100 degrees Fahrenheit/40 Celsius), we spent quite a bit of time at the pool. The fountain in the pool runs on a timer and there is a bluetooth-enabled speaker so you can listen to music. The terrace has 2 large parasols/umbrellas, 2 patio tables with 15 chairs and ample sun beds and sun chairs. There is also an outdoor BBQ and pizza oven. The terrace overlooks the pool and is the perfect spot for a late afternoon aperitivo while the last rays of the sun sparkle on Cortona. The villa is also very private -- it's peaceful and quiet. We heard nobody around us, with the exception of a donkey braying in the distance on occasion. The lawn is thick and lush and a variety of flowers, rosemary and lavender have been planted recently. Stefania is a fabulous host. She and her colleagues were all very responsive, thoughtful and kind -- and the villa is exceptional in every way possible. We very much enjoyed our stay and are already talking about rebooking for next year!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez paola. La maison est immense et très agréable, la piscine gigantesque, le tout entouré d’une sublime végétation. Son emplacement est idéal, à la fois isolée pour vivre des vacances en toutes tranquillité et à proximité de villages typiques italiens et de lacs magnifiques. Paola à été tout au long du séjour extrêmement disponible et réactive à nos questions sur la maison ou sur la région. Elle nous a réservé à notre demande une cuisinière pour un soir et une Baby Sitter. Cette maison est un petit coin de paradis! En espérant pouvoir revenir un jour afin d’explorer davantage cette magnifique région! Merci Paola pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et disponibilité !

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

"Soggiorno perfetto! 🔝" Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile grazie all'ospitalità eccezionale del nostro host Paolo e di sua figlia Giada. La casa era esattamente come descritta (anzi, ancora più bella!), pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione era perfetta per esplorare la zona, e il quartiere tranquillo ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole. L'host è stato incredibilmente disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a fornire suggerimenti utili.
