Definitivamente, me he llevado una grata sorpresa con este hospedaje, fuera de que es lindo, muy cómodo y fresco en verano. La host Milagros, es una persona increíble, súper flexible y muy buena onda, la comunicación súper veloz, de verdad es muy bonito encontrarse con esta clase de personas cuando uno se hospeda. El depa es lindo y súper cómodo, es amplio y bonito, súper completo, cuenta con todas las cosas para hacer de tu estadía más cómoda. La playa está a 5 minutos caminando. De por si no hay mucha gente los fines de semana, los días de semana es súper privada. El depa tiene piscina y es súper fácil hacer las reservaciones. Todos siempre están listos para ayudar. La hemos pasado muy lindo. Esperamos volver muy pronto

William es un persona super atenta!! Nos hospedó a mi mamá y a mí y respondió super rápido a todas nuestras necesidades. Nos dió recomendaciones locales y se preocupó de que todo estuviera perfecto en todo momento. La zona donde se encuentra el edificio es perfecta ya que esta cerca de todos los restaurantes y también de la playa. Un increíble host y una vivienda que totalmente cumple su propósito! И заезд и проживание , квартира очень понравилась, все необходимое в ней было , чистая, светлая, много шкафов, несколько зон отдыха, полностью соответствовала моим требованиям, я осталась очень довольна. Единственный минус - шумно, под окнами проезжая часть с постоянными пробками, но в Лиме вообще трудно найти тихое место, вдобавок мне сказали, что из-за строительства пешеходного моста транспортная нагрузка возросла. В целом впечатления очень хорошие, с удовольствием остановлюсь там еще. Большое спасибо хозяину 🙏

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stunning 2-bedroom apartment in Barranco. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the thoughtful design, modern amenities, and incredible attention to detail. The space is impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and filled with natural light, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Barranco’s best cafés, restaurants, and galleries yet so incredibly quiet. The bedrooms are spacious with ultra-comfortable beds, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a great meal. Juan Carlos was always responsive and the building staff were so friendly and kind. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Barranco, this is it. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I’ll definitely be back.

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and exactly like the pictures. The host was very professional and responsive. I had a minor issue with the WiFi upon arriving, but it was resolved within 30 minutes. There were only 2 things I want to highlight for future guests. The first thing is that there is no air conditioning. I never needed it because the weather was nice for me (mid-April), but there’s no mention of air conditioning in the property description so I think it’s important for others to know. The other thing was the poor efficiency of the elevators. But the elevators are too small and slow for such a large building. One time I had to wait 7 minutes to enter the elevator and missed my uber. After that, I started taking the stairs. Overall, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!

El espacio genial de doble altura con acabados en madera, adobe expuesto y los detalles modernos en la cocina y los cuadros colgados alrededor de la casa. La accesibilidad a la terraza mediante la escalera de caracol le dan el toque de personalidad al lugar. Parece una sala de exposición en realidad, muy agradable y distinto. Hubo una pequeña demora en el check in pero por problemas ajenos a los anfitriones. Sin embargo, Rodrigo y Nicolás siempre se mostraron atentos, con buen trato y avisando cualquier actualización del estado del inmueble y los servicios. Recomiendo el lugar, al 100%.

Juan Manuel’s place is my favorite stay in Barranco and Lima by far!! The place is amazing and located in the best neighborhood in Lima. The place is in a perfect location - close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Close enough to all the action Barranco has to offer but no quiet to get a restful night without any noise. Juan Manuel was amazing with communication and recommendations. He made sure we had an amazing stay. I absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend his place!

Mirlko was a great host! The house rules were very clear and proper. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing was missing or not working. It was a great stay. I’d definitely go back!

Words can not explain how great this place is you just gotta come and see it for yourself I went with my girlfriend and my 23 month old and we had such a great time the pool the jacuzzi the beach but most importantly the place we stayed at was so cozy that made us feel that we lived there the neighbors the tourists that I’ve always bumped to in the elevators I stopped the gym a year ago and I started again thanks to the place everything you need is there and Sandra was such a great host she was flexible she helped a lot she was attentive and so sweet I would give it a 10 out of 5 as a New Yorker wish there was AC but she made work for us with an extra fan so we could sleep cool throughout the night storage space was nice she went the extra mile when I needed her the most so she clutched everything will definitely be back and just like I told Sandra maybe as a neighbor we loved it so much we looking into buying but till then I will stay at her place Sandra thank you so much for everythi

¡Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue simplemente increíble! El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio, cómodo y exactamente como en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos con una hermosa vista. Además, Karina fue muy amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Extremely good apartment and host except the balcony is near a main street with heavy traffic. Very noisy.

Fue una experiencia increíble. Las instalaciones son impecables, cómodas y bien cuidadas. La habitación era espaciosa, con una cama muy cómoda y todos los servicios necesarios. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier consulta o necesidad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de muchos lugares para poder conocer.

Amazing communication. Location was far from the airport but great for restaurants and attractions. It was very loud due to traffic at night. Rooftop was stunning.

Full floor apartment with an elevator entrance straight into the unit. It’s huge and has a huge balcony. Water is hot, internet is pretty good and there’s a big TV in the family room with all the apps. Hot tub gets hot (takes 3-4 hours) and can fit 6 adults comfortably. View of the ocean and sunset is incredible. You’re on the front row with only the beach in front of you—all you’ll hear at night is the waves. Highly recommended!
