"The Little House by the Woods" is on a ridge surrounded by trees. Across the road is Cheatham Wildlife Management Area with 20,000 acres of hill country with hiking, hunting and birdwatching. You'll have easy access to so many parks, recreation and all that Nashville (30 min. away) has to offer.

Private Treehouse Escape Minutes from Downtown

Connect with nature at this unforgettable escape in Nashville's backyard. This treehouse is nestled in a Tennessee hardwood forest in a hollow. Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.

Bridge House over Blue Springs Creek

Beautiful in fall, magical in winter! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

This exquisitely designed and remodeled home offers sophistication and elegance while providing the ability to relax and unwind from the bustling city. Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy some quality time together. Located close enough to Nashville that you can still enjoy a night out in the city or stay local and enjoy dinner at the marina or drinks at the local distillery.

White Duck

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin minutes from Interstate 24. Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. The quiet woodsy setting and comfortable interior of White Duck provide a restful transition from a day of sightseeing or an exciting football or hockey game. **There is a $50 pet fee** Please include your pet during the booking process.

River Roost

A unique place located minutes from the "Narrows of the Harpeth" State Park. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking. and zip lining all just less than one mile away. If you need more space, check out the "Nest". Just steps away from the "River Roost", a separate private entrance offers a comfy couples space. See our separate listing. Spacious and cozy 3bd, 2bath home with easy access to Nashville or Clarksville. Peaceful back patio overlooking 2 ponds, a large fenced yard & games for loads of family fun. There are parks, trails, golfing, kayaking & canoeing nearby. Perfect for families & vacationing couples. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Home includes a gas grill, coffee pot, Keurig, washer/dryer, a limited supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies & special touches to feel just like home.

Picturesque setting in Bon Aqua, TN. Watch the cattle, horses, chickens and Randy the pig peacefully roam as you drink your coffee. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, enjoy the farm life as well as a quiet setting while being a short drive to Nashville, Franklin, Dickson and more. There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.

The Guest Suite at Highpoint Farm

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.
