Our home is only 30m from the Ithaca Creek bike track which winds it's way next to the creek past the Bronco's Leagues club towards the city. This inner city area of Brisbane boasts the quaint character Queenslander homes made of 'timber and tin'. ** NOTE: OUR NEIGHBOURS WILL BE DOING HOUSE RENOVATIONS FROM LATE FEB. THERE WILL BE CONSTRUCTION NOISE DURING THE DAYTIME *

A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, cafes and shops on Given Terrace, Latrobe Terrace, Rosalie village and Park Rd Milton. Public transport galore: bus stops only 4 minutes walk away, 10 min walk to Milton Train Station, 15 mins walk to the river, Milton Ferry Wharf and bike/walk path to city. My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, and business travellers.

The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)
