Shepherd's Hut with private tennis court

Spacious Shepherd's hut with a view from your bed of the Wye Crown in a designated AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty). Our location offers a mix of rural and town experiences, at the foot of the North Downs and the Pilgrim's Way for fantastic walks and cycle rides. One mile from the thriving village of Wye with pubs, great restaurants and shops for essentials. Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

Characterful cottage with woodburner and parking

This is a cosy end terrace cottage which sleeps 3, situated in St.Michaels with shops and pubs on the doorstep. The cottage has off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear. Downstairs there is a lounge with log burning stove and kitchen. Upstairs the main bedroom has a king-size double bed with attractive views to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a cosy single. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. Cottage has WIFI.

Gordon's View Shepherd's Hut

Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

We have recently renovated this barn to a high standard, complete with a log burner, kitchenette and a large picture window looking over the most fantastic view. We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
