We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

The old town streets are charming with a traditional English inn dating from the 1580s just round the corner.

Forming part of an original 18th Century Stable located in the heart of the historic medieval town of Sandwich you will find this hidden away open plan 1st floor conversion which has been renovated to high standard creating a light & airy living space in the eaves of the stable & barn section. The property has its own entrance via a wooden external staircase to the side leading to 1st floor. There is a court yard, we do not have parking on site for guests but there is a car park 2 mins walk

Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful barn conversion with woodland area and enclosed area, pets are welcome. The barn has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen family room with new Hunter wood burner. . The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.

Loft overlooking Walpole Bay. On the 3rd floor, no lift! NO TV!!! This is a tranquil place with quirks - it's a boho hangout rather than five-star hotel. Please don't book if you like a TV as you'll be disappointed. It’s around 15-20 minutes walk to the Turner or Botany Bay. Light-filled, quiet, big views.
