Great place!very quick response time. Google Maps was a little off but Tausi was helpful. Very comfortable place and is in close proximity to local supermarkets and the town. Perfect for solo or group accommodation

While we were there we had power issues for most of the time we were there. Despite the inconvenience they tried their best to accommodate. Also they said they would reimburse us for the inconvenience. Little hard to find but nice quiet place and the children really loved the pool . The owner is very responsive and communicates well .

We had an amazing stay at Oisso Apt! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the ambiance was just right for relaxing and unwinding. The little thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, made all the difference.

I enjoyed my stay at Neema’s place, and would definitely recommend it for anyone who just wants to unplug and enjoy the peace and serenity of the place. Neema was very helpful, and responsive, and the staff were excellent. Anything we needed, was promptly attended to.

My mother and I stayed at Ole's place for a week to attend my son's graduation from UWCEA. The home was beautiful and a nice place to relax. The watchman met us to open the gate for us and the keybox was easy to use to access the house. On a clear day, you can sit on the back porch and enjoy views of Kilimanjaro in the late afternoon. Ole provides helpful tips on using the kitchen, and there are facilities for washing clothing as well. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a place in Shantytown who either has a private vehicle, is willing to use motorbikes for transport, or who doesn't mind walking to Lema Rd to look for a bajaji.

Very peaceful, spacious, clean , tastefully done. The ambience.....We even had a resident tortoise 😀. The kitchen is well equipped. Derik was very responsive. Will definately be back.

This spacious, lovely upstairs home is spotlessly clean, almost brand new and very, very comfortable. Everything is high quality--great beds, pretty linens, luxurious showers, excellent furniture, large tv, really nice kitchen with excellent appliances and all the cooking gear and dishware you need. Glory was very welcoming and responsive. Her descriptions are exactly accurate--though there are a few additional features worth mentioning---like views of Mt. Meru, Mt Sakila, and on a clear day, a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro and the pleasant verandahs off several of the rooms. It's easily the best airbnb we've rented and a great value for the money. In a quiet, well-kept area of Usa River, it is near Arusha National Park and not too far from Arusha proper. Not a tourist area but it is a great opportunity to experience contemporary,upscale African living. The downstairs neighbors speak English and are very helpful and friendly. Excellent for longer-term stays, families or small groups. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, an der Straße und trotzdem sehr privat und ruhig! Wir haben Last-Minute gebucht und keiner war vorbereitet auf unser Ankommen, trotzdem hat man uns herzlichst begrüßt und sein Bestes gegeben. Das Haus ist schön, die Betten bequem und der Gastgeber hat sich dann auch gut um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

Alongside it's convenience to nearby Moshi Town City Center, it also boasts majestic views of Africa's tallest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro, Africas's tallest Mountain. The very hospitable owner Elizabeth and her son Albert made my stay exceptionally pleasant by remaining compassionately available throughout my stay. We had a lovely time! Karo's place is great for a family trip to Arusha. Cosy private neighborhood, close to all the important places and amenities. Convenient access to the Airport through multiple routes. Close to several Supermarkets, Malls, cultural centre, national park and restaurants. We loved the in house chef, she made amazing local delicacies! My favourite restaurant was the Arusha Coffee Lounge! Lovley ambience with great coffee and meals, tucked right in the middle of a coffee plantation. Thanks Karo, you were a superhost and we will definitely visit Arusha again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Arusha! The host was extremely cooperative and always responsive whenever we needed assistance, truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it perfectly balances privacy and tranquility. I especially loved the beautiful garden and green surroundings, a great place to relax and enjoy. The environment felt safe and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. I had an amazing stay at Dee’s place. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described . Ms Gorna was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire trip. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Thank you for a fantastic experience! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Wij verbleven 6 weken in allergra haar huis en vonden het fantastisch. Het ligt in een rustige wijk met een prachtige tuin. We voelden ons ook heel veilig. Rama is degenen die erop toeziet dat de gasten krijgen wat ze nodig hebben. Zo vroegen we een blender en die kregen we, hij zorgde voor ons transport en wees ons de weg naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt. 1 keer vergaten we de sleutel binnen en ook daar had hij een oplossing voor. De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam in Tanzania. Arusha heeft heerlijke temperaturen en door de hoogte koelt het goed af in de nacht. Het is er ook zo groen en met massa’s prachtige bomen. Wij vonden hier een 2de thuis. Er is ook een huisdier, een schildpad die in de tuin rustig rondkruipt, wij gaven hem de naam Thomas en hij eet graag kool. :-) Bedankt voor het fantastisch verblijf!

This home is everything and more.Great location.Super clean.Elizabeth the host was very responsive even very late in the night.She was very kind to extend check out seeing as we checked in very late in the night.The amenities were as listed in the app.The chill spot outside has a well stocked bar and its really fun to hang out there. Really looking forward to spending more time in this home.

The photos dont do justice to this home ;Very clean and tastefully decorated modern home with a fully ewuipped kitchen, wifi and netflix access. The house was well stocked with drinking water, eggs,fresh butter, sugar, soap, toothbrush and clean towels in all the bathrooms. The host went above and beyond for the guests to feel at home. Was a great find would highly recommend for any group or family. I especially enjoyed the hot showers!

It was a lovely experience staying here. The place was tranquil and quiet. Although I wasn’t well, it was really wholesome to see that there were fresh fruits left for us to have. The house was pristine and located in a truly quiet and magnificent woodland area. Worth it for sure. We also planted a strawberry and papaya tree and that was a memorable experience. :) highly recommended.

Karah was a wonderful host...the house is not too far off the main road and has a gorgeous view of Mt. Meru! really such a find! We will definitely be back!

This is our new favorite hostel. We have traveled the world, and Cactus House Experience was the most comfortable and welcoming home of any of the developing nations we have visited. Our host was very accommodating, offering suggestions and transportation. There was an in-house cook, so we had three meals a day included in the price. Great value! It was always a wonderful selection of local food and fresh fruit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There is lots to do and see. Be sure to ask about all of the excursions they offer including safari, waterfall day trips, coffee experience and so much more!
