By car, you're 5 mins from Arundel, 15 mins from the sea and 20 mins from Goodwood or Chichester.

After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.
