Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights with my elderly Mum, sister and cousin. The bungalow clearly has been renovated recently, and it’s spotless, yet feels comfortable. It’s light, airy and spacious and very well equipped. The garden is very neat and tidy. We paid extra to use the hot tub which was great. A lovely, modern Samsung TV in the living room meant we could watch films in the evening on a high quality TV. Kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet. We had such a relaxing break we are thinking of returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Quirky chatectful home from home large place to stay with some great facilities. Like hot tub, quality air fryer and coffee maker. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for our multi generational family get away. Lovely welcome pack of treats. Description accurate re facilities..

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. There is plenty to do and see. Thank you!!!!!!

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement de Stéphanie où nous y sommes restés 3 jours. Il n'y manquait rien, il était très propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait même des jouets pour notre fils de 3 ans ce qui était très appréciable. Le pack de bienvenue fourni était très utile (lait, beurre,vin, chips, gâteaux, céréales, pain). L'espace extérieur est privé et très paisible. Nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte, il s'agissait d'une arrivée autonome. Le pub situé à 5 minutes à pied est très bien , nous le recommandons. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Der Blick durch die Fenster im Wohn- und oben im Schlafzimmer ist super schön und hat etwas beruhigendes. Der Strand ist über eine kleine Mauer im Vorgarten direkt erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft klein und gemütlich und verfügt über alles, was es benötigt. Die Betten sind mega gemütlich und alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Simone ist gut erreichbar, hat alles bestens beschrieben und war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie hat einen Willkommens-Gruß und -Snack bereitgestellt und, da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren, hat sie uns sogar einen Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett besorgt. Da wir in den Bewertungen gelesen hatten, die Unterkunft sei schlecht zu finden: wir haben sie aufgrund der genauen Beschreibung sofort gefunden und hatten keinerlei Umstände! Auch der Hinterhof war einfach der Eingang von verschiedenen kleinen Häusern und Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern.

Miranda's cottage is very well situated and set up for doing as we did - enjoying the local area, taking advantage of hot summer days by the pool, and walking in the woods with kids. Highly recommended for families of 4 or even more if you're prepared to really use the space. My kids were very happy sleeping in the twin beds, and we were able to use every inch of the place.

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!
