It is about an hour and a half away from Carlsbad Caverns and is located in a very reasonable commuting distance from either Carlsbad, Artesia or Roswell, New Mexico. The house is a quaint little place, nestled in small rural farming community. The property is surrounded by a chain link fence, so pets can stay and be safe.

It’s located in the center of towns witch makes accessing everything convenient. Including Lake Carlsbad which is a 5 min drive.
