Literally steps from spas, restaurants, art, antiques, and nightlife, this cottage also feels hidden just above downtown. Hidden Hill is a great spot to stay while enjoying everything Berkeley Springs has to offer. Explore everything West Virginia has to offer during the day, then retreat to Hidden Hill for the convenience of restaurants and bars at your doorstep.

Grouseland's Pondside Vacation Cottage

Set about a quarter mile off the road, our pet friendly solar powered vacation cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone trying to spend some alone time with nature! Guests have complete privacy inside the cottage with a full kitchen, two TV's, Wi-Fi, and a mini split system for heating and cooling. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!

Our Shangri La is 3 miles from the town of quaint town of Berkeley Springs, 9 miles from the picturesque Cacapon State Park and Cacapon Resort and golf (Robert Trent Jones masterpiece).

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !
