Romantic Apartment with Garden & Rooftop Views

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Cà dei Dalmati top-notch peculiarity is the breath-taking canal views from all the apartment windows, merged with the elegance of the interiors, its brightness and wideness. Three large bed-rooms, three en-suite bathrooms, a wide living-room and direct canal views, allow you a perfect stay in Venice with family or friends. An entire apartment only 8 minutes away from San Marco square with a private water gate and a STUNNING VIEW ! Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Bed linen, extra pillows, and soft towels are provided. Check- in is not available after 8 pm

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

L’appartamento accogliente e confortevole, è situato nel centro storico di Venezia nel Sestiere di Castello. Perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile, respirando l’aria romantica, ricca di cultura e di colorati sapori antichi. A 7 minuti a piedi dalla Biennale e dal Diporto Velico, 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco, a 10 minuti dalle fermate dei vaporetti "Arsenale" e "Giardini-Biennale" comode per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Venezia. A 5 minuti di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido.

The apartment was the home of an Arsenalotto (ship builder). Renovated in 2018. Free wi-fi. Two steps away from the Biennale and the Arsenale. Few minutes on foot from San Marco Square and the Rialto bridge. 10 minutes by water bus from Lido island (beaches and Venice Film Festival) . 95mq, 3 floors. Perfect for 2/4 guests. Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

Venezia Luxury Biennale Design

This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

Lovely flat in Castello

This one bedroom apt has a stunning view over the Arsenale and the Alps. Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops). From the living room you can see the Alps sometimes capped with snow and the wall of the Arsenale, the dockyard dating back to the XIII century.
