Amazing location, beautiful house, and excellent host!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was truly enchanting. The home itself is warm and inviting, with every comfort thoughtfully provided—the kitchen is remarkably well stocked, and every room is prepared with care and intention, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space, however, is what made this visit unforgettable. The yard is a haven—anchored by a spectacular eucalyptus tree that feels almost sacred in its quiet majesty. The gentle rustling of its leaves, paired with the joyful flutter of countless birds that visit the property, created a serene soundtrack to our days. The view of the rolling green hills from the house is simply breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or golden hour conversations. Our children were in heaven with the pool, spa, and thoughtfully curated collection of sports equipment—there was always something fun and active for them to enjoy. awesome stay at this lovely location. bunk house had quite a few gnats/mosquitos but none of us got bit. would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The house was spacious, clean and as described and the beds and linen provided was very comfortable. Pool and barbecue area were nice but we did spend 45 minutes to clean the pool before we could use it. We left the barbecue alone as it would have taken us considerable time to make it usable. Check-in/out was very convenient.

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

Had a great stay, the weather was colder than expected so having the sauna was a wonderful perk.

Die Kinder und wir liebten den geheizten Pool. Die vielen Poolhandtücher kamen hervorragend zum Einsatz. This is a great place to stay if you are looking to get away from the crazy city life. Plenty of room, comfortable, and the backyard was its own little oasis.

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

We had a nice, short stay at this property. The home was clean, functional, and had everything we needed for a quick trip. It was a comfortable place to return to after spending the day out exploring the area. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Overall, a solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient place to stay.

Great location, close to Cal Poly. Looks like the photos, good amount of space and nice outdoor areas. Laundry was a bonus. Very clear instructions and hosts are responsive, when needed. Would highly recommend!

I spend a lot of time in the area and the accomodations at this beach house were superior! Will definitely return. Very nice home.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable, clean, and spacious. Michael and Eleanor were great hosts as well, super kind and responsive.

My children and I loved our stay. It was cozy and the beds were so great to sleep in as well as linens. We loved it! Felt like home. Another plus, were the washers and dryers available to use. We stayed longer than a week and it made it easier and faster to do laundry with 2 washers and dryers available. Amber was very prompt at responding and fixing a couple of issues I encountered during our stay. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Judy met us at check in and she was friendly and pleasant to talk too. She stays on site in a separate area of the property. Although she was available by phone at any time that you needed her, she was out of site the whole stay. Check in was very easy as was checkout. The property was in a great neighborhood and was close to downtown Orcutt, where we dined out a lot. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Great restaurants and wineries.

Charles place was beautiful and in a very scenic location. We saw cows grazing on the hillside, turkeys walking along the road, and even saw a baby deer wandering nearby. There were lots of amenities and clear instructions on everything from getting to the place to using the fireplace. One thing I would have liked to be warned about was the bumpy road to get to the house, it can be pretty scary especially whilst driving at night. But other than that our stay was perfect. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home. It’s pet friendly which is a huge plus. On a nice quiet street but within minutes of historic downtown San Luis Obispo We loved this home and location and would definitely stay again. Cindy is a fantastic host

Beautiful home, when writing this review one of the questions were was this home accurately described and matched the pictures I will say the pictures did NOT due this home justice. I mean this home was beautiful and colorful rooms were way bigger than the pictures. The outside was very peaceful. Everyone in my group immediately said it was such a beautiful home. The hosts were welcoming and very informational… they were not overwhelming like other hosts they truly allowed us to be free in the home.

Bethany's place is extremely comfortable, clean, and the kitchen has everything you could need for a large group trip. Bethany was extremely responsive when we had questions. Great place to stay and on a quite street.

This is one of the nicest AirBnbs that I have had the pleasure of renting. It is located in an amazingly serene area right next to a winery. It's a lovely house, and beautifully appointed. We loved the local wildlife including peafowl, deer, and wild turkeys. Kathryn was a fabulous host.

we had a great experience staying here! the home was so beautiful inside and out with an amazing view. the home was clean with plenty of space for our group of eight and great amenities. upon check in, we received clear instructions. laureen was very responsive and friendly. the location was perfect for the things we had planned (which included visiting the firestone walker brewery, pismo beach, and sensorio field of lights). highly recommend this airbnb!!

Large house, comfortable beds, place is ins a very quiet neighborhood. Location is close to lots of beautiful places like beaches, wineries, etc.
