Welcome to our cozy cabin out in the woods in Littleton, Maine, just off of US 1, ten minutes north of the town of Houlton. The Southern Bangor and Aroostook ATV trail borders our property. So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

Stowaway is a lakefront cottage on Ambajejus Lake, just minutes from Baxter State Park, Mount Katahdin, the Katahdin Woods & Waters Monument, and Millinocket. Sleeping up to 10 in 2 bedrooms and 2 lofts, it blends home comforts with classic Maine 'camp' charm. This Cabin has WiFi satellite tv, Heat/AC, hot water, plenty of parking and quick access to atv/snowmobile/hiking trails. This cabin has a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, air fryer, and all cooking utensils. All cabins have use of outside pavilion with fireplace and grill.

The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of today. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
