We had a lovely weekend away with our feline companions. The house is large, very very clean, quiet, relaxing, warm and inviting. The list of amenities was outstanding. However, Olivia, I could not find a hair dryer lol. My one basic criticism is that there are too many live and fake plants to have pets around. They love them and hence why we never have any at home. The accommodation is not cluttered, but has a lot of small and large ornaments. I am suprised the cats actually did not destroy anything, but they are well behaved. Olivia was great. Responsive and accommodating. Perfect hosts. So overall, a great place to stay and we will be back next year. Thanks Olivia.

Thank you, Donna. We had a fantastic stay. The fire was lit prior to our arrival, which made us feel immediately at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to pubs and restaurants, including a delightful crepe café just a few doors down.

Lovely house opposite to a beautiful park and walkable to town centers with lots of restaurants. The house was super clean. The highlight of the house was the fireplace, it made us feel cozy and warm at nights. Michelle was very friendly and proactively in communication. There were welcome bread for us and a can of dog food for our Border Collie. Highly recommended for a stay in Armidale.

Lovely 4 bedroom place opposite the hospital in Armidale. Central location and pet friendly. Beautifully decorated bedrooms and great bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time at The Reformatory (built in 1874!), and we enjoyed it very much. The house has character and is very peaceful. Its lovely to have some autumn leaves in the backyard for the kids to play in and do an easter egg hunt. Cam let us check in an hour early which was also very kind. Pros: large well lit space, very comfortable beds and nice linen, super hot water and a bath, great amenaties - washing machine and vacuume cleaner for when the kids drop crumbs, cute dolls house for the kids to play with, quiet neighbours, pub in walking distance, fireplace, netflix etc on Fetch TV, nice hosts and a homely touch. Cons: heater in the kids room doesnt work which would only be a problem in winter, abit dusty but its not bad, no fire grate so have to watch kids closely. Overall - cant wait to come back !!

Michael was very accomodating to our needs of a later checkout than originally planned. The place was private, peaceful and tidy. Michael was very responsive whenever I sent a message.

We needed to stay in Armadale as one of our sons was competing in the rugby carnival. The accommodation was close to everything that we needed, was very well priced and was very clean. The host made the stay very easy.

Perfect destination for myself & my dog. Super clean property. Exactly as described. Close to Armidale & surrounds. So tranquil & relaxing. Thank you so much Neal for your hospitality & allowing us to stroll over your hills. I’ll be back.

We had a lovely one night stay. The cottage had all the amenities required for our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a short drive into town. The cottage is on a lovely property. Checkin was easy and Michael was welcoming. Sorry we weren't able to figure out, how to turn on the dishwasher. We hope to come back soon.

Lovely character home that’s been thoughtfully renovated to match the country charm of Armidale. The home was immaculate and had everything you need to host a family for a weekend. Ben’s house is in an ideal location - a quiet street just blocks away from Central Park and downtown high streets with cafes, pubs etc. Ben’s communication was clear and prompt. Would highly recommend.

This Airbnb home was perfect for our needs. We travelled down to Armidale for my daughter’s wedding being held on her fiancé’s family farm and, as I was doing most of the catering, needed a spacious kitchen to prepare. We also hosted several family friends/relatives the night before as it took all-hands on deck to get everything ready. Perfect location for that and also just relaxing the day after the event was over. The home is in good repair and perfectly clean, with a good selection (and quantity) of kitchen/dining cooking and serving equipment, cutlery and crockery. All in all a wonderful home and hosts.
