I am a regular air b&b user for family trips with my 2 kids (age 9 and 3) and I can honestly say the quality of this home was the best I’ve ever experienced. The work that has been put into making the home just perfect is outstanding. On arrival we had a welcome basket waiting for us which was incredibly generous - it’s not often b&bs provide this never mind the amount of items provided! I also loved that there wasn’t only a washing machine and dishwasher, but there were capsules to use in each one if needed! For those like me that wonder about the iron - the house has a great quality steam iron. The rooms are even bigger in real life than they look in photos and the decor in the house is honestly amazing, such a lovely home. Hot tub is a class addition and the outside swings and slide was a welcome surprise which the kids adored. The whole area is enclosed with gates and no other cars come by which made it feel so safe and relaxing for families with kids. Had the best stay, thank you!

We had a great stay at dans cottage! Beautiful & clean! The best hosts that ive came across so far, so friendly & welcoming. The cottage had everything that we needed, with little extras included for breakfast & snacks. We even got to hold the new born lambs the next day which was amazing! Will definitely be booking again 😊

Francis was a great host, he has everything ready for us before we arrived. The place is gorgeous! The hot tub was the best part along with the private location. We couldn’t have asked for something better. We recommend it 100%

Stayed a couple of weeks for work . Has everything we needed and in a quiet location . Need transport to get about. Andrew was very responsive to messages .would stay again if in the area

Superb house. Stunning views of the Mourne mountains. Beautifully decorated. A great location to explore Northern Ireland from. The hot tub was a favourite for parents & children. Delighted we picked that house. Top marks.

This holiday cottage is outstanding!! The views from the house.. oh my !! Beautiful house, fantastic games room, spacious hot tub, decent sized rooms (the walk in wardrobe off the main bedroom was a pleasant surprise!) and the cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s in such a peaceful area (all we could hear from the patio were birds and sheep!) and it’s central for getting out and about.. we had a day in Belfast, an afternoon in the beautiful beach town of Newcastle and a morning at Carlingford Lough, all 40 mins drive away in differing directions. The nearest pub is a pleasant 25 minute walk away (Turleys) and in Dromara (12 mins drive) there is a Chinese take away and a food pub, both of which we eat from and both we would recommend. If anyone is looking for swimming slides, I steered away from Funtasia owing to mixed reviews and instead booked Anderstown Leisure Centre which was brilliant! All in all, a fantastic holiday in first class accommodation!

Excellent place for us, excellent home base while checking out ireland. Great space for me to relax in evening with wine and boys kicked about football !!. made to feel welcome by host and neighbour !!! local info on hand. Will be back again in future

Hi , this is a beautiful place, but you either need to use taxi service to get around - Pauls taxi in Rathfriland or hire a car from the airport to get around. You need to be able to climb stairs to bedrooms so this wouldnt be suitable for someone with a mobility issue , but adding a sofa bed would maybe be a good benefit and could then house six easily instead of 4. I will be going back and taking my dogs next time . You hear plenty on cows in the daytime and this is your view from most windows , at night its very quiet and dark . Nearest supermarket is like 7 mins away by car but to walk it over an hour . Ample parking for several cars . Loft is a nice restaurant that is also at the supermarket complex . The supermarket complex in Nisa does plenty of take away food but more dinners than junk food. This is quiet so if you like walking or a calm break away this is perfect.

Great place, in a nice and remote area. Just off a busy road you can hear some traffic but that’s totally fine. Our kids loved the garden, played some badminton, and we also enjoyed some food in the seating area outside. Spacious rooms - we slept all very well. Nice size kitchen too and well equipped. Fantastic communication with Olga, who was always easy to reach and provided some good tips about the area! We could see ourselves being back some time. Belfast/ NI is always worth a visit.

Kevin’s place was perfect for getting to various places in and around Armagh. His cottage is perfectly equipped with everything you would need. Perfect for short or long stays. We had 3 people and Kevin’s cottage suited us perfectly and loved that there were 2 fully equipped washrooms. Kevin was a fantastic host. Very responsive and proactively asking if you have everything you need. Loved our stay at Kevin’s cottage. Would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is perfect. The cleanliness was second to none. The welcome our dog got was fantastic and the areas for her to run around in were brilliant. The outside hot and cold taps were well used. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The offer of having the log burner lit for our arrival was an especially nice touch. The beds were comfy and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only problem we had was finding the gate off the main road but that was purely due to horrendous fog which is nobody’s fault. I would recommend the cottage to anyone, not just dog owners.

On the outskirts of both Lisburn & Hillsborough. Beautiful cottage in lovely surroundings. Very quiet. We had an excellent stay.

Gerry was very helpful and lots of local knowledge, the house was beautiful and we loved have sheep as our neighbours 😀

Such an amazing stay at Rosehill House with a large group of friends - Marty, Lauren (and Damien) were excellent hosts throughout the whole weekend, picking us up late from the airport and taking us to Belfast, Giants Causeway & the oldest pub in Ireland! The house is fantastic, with so many quirks and cool features - including the pub and cinema, which they showed us on arrival. The live band on the Saturday night made it even more special. Would recommend this to anyone!

We have just got home from a wonderful 3 nights stay at Eden Cottage. Everything was absolutely lovely and we immediately felt right at home and could easily have lived there and did not want to leave. Beautifully private outlook at both the front and the back of the property ,giving you a real chance to escape from neighbours and to just have some peace. Beautifully appointed and a very comfortable house. It has a lovely homely feel to it. Rachel responded quickly to any queries that I may have had and she went above and beyond by posting an expensive phone charger back to us that we had inadvertently left behind . It was very generous and helpful of her. A great host! Eden Cottage is situated in a beautiful area and it was ideal for us to visit family. Hopefully will be back soon.

What an amazing little spot to stay on our first trip to Ireland!! We felt right at home and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient for us as possible. We loved visiting the cows and goats and the sweet puppy. We spent a whole afternoon walking all around the neighbourhood, absolutely beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay with her again if we are on the right side of the Atlantic for that!!
