Our family of four plus two grandmothers stayed for a college graduation weekend. Tara’s place is exactly as the photos and we felt right at home. It is on a busy street so we told Ubers to pick up at the back entrance. We felt there was very minimal traffic noise and slept very well in the EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Note it is a tri-level living situation so if there are mobility issues consider the stairs. That said, we had two grandmothers (in their 80s) and they were fine. The kitchen was easy to navigate and had all the essentials to make breakfast in the mornings. The location was good for us to sight see and also attend the graduation. I would highly recommend Tara’s home!

Courtney was the most present and generous and communicative host and her place is utterly magic. The location is in a quiet little street within blocks of coffee shops and restaurants. And her decor and design and quality of the entire home is exquisite. We so look forward to being back.

You can’t beat the location!!! Close and walkable to everything and all the major bus lines are literally right out side the door. Busy and alive outside during the day but nighttime was quiet. Host was fantastic! Great communication. Bed was very comfortable! Bathroom is newly remodeled. Refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee. I thought this was a great value. I will be back!

The house is clean and nicely designed and decorated. The beds are comfortable and linens soft. The location is great on a quiet residential street in Georgetown, around a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The only downsides were that there's only one full bathroom/shower, the WiFi wasn't great, and, because the family actually lives in the home, we opted not to unpack suitcases and use the dressers or closet. Overall, I'd recommend it.

Once again I had a fantastic stay at Martin's place in DC. I always love staying there, and this time was no exception. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay in Mark’s apartment, the house has everything, and the bed is so comfortable! Very short walk can arrive Adam’s Morgan and DuPont circle station, it is a quiet and nice neighborhood, highly recommended!

Great location for things to do. Walkable restaurants. Great outdoor space for relaxing. Very clean. Modern appliances. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Host was easy to contact and response was very quick. Would stay here again.

Our family of three enjoyed staying here during our first family trip to DC. Enjoyed making breakfasts in the kitchen and sitting outdoors during the brief time we were not out exploring. Also, slept well which is a big plus. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our way, Parking was a little frustrating at times but we always found a place to park, walkable to the Metro and there was a bus stop right out front. We would definitely recommend and would use again if we were to visit the area again😊

Enjoyed the stay. The apartment was close to bus stops and metro that made it easy to get to places. We had four in our group and the space accommodated us well. We ate out for most meals so did not cook anything. Kitchen was nice but four of us eating a sit down meal would have been a little crowded. Parking is on the street and you need a permit. Red Awning helped us get that and while we left the car most of our stay getting a spot was pretty easy. Street cleaning happens on Monday and Tuesday so will need to move the car (if you have one) one of those days. Ideal place for those flying in. Can take the metro in and be good to go. Definitely enjoyed the space and the neighborhood and would check availability if we head back to the DC area.

Ed was an excellent host for six weeks. His space was a perfect family setting for us, our two kids, and our pets to stay in Alexandria. The neighborhood is perfectly located to old Town Alexandria. Our only regret is his space is booked the next time we will be in DC, otherwise we would use it again. You should definently take advantage of this location!

I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, and not for from D.C at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I really appreciated their quick communication. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay with Kayla was perfect. The place was clean and well maintained. The location was nice and the city still felt extremely close

A great stay. Very responsive hosts, they answered questions about check-in and I able to get a street parking pass in 10 minutes. The house was clean, all amenities provided, plenty of sheets towels and pillows for 12 people. The 2 parking spaces were very convenient but very small (hosts do note this in the listing). The rooftop deck was cool, had nice lighting and its the only one on the block. I will say the stairs going up were really shakey, but otherwise nice. All bathrooms were clean and had plenty of bath essentials, but the water pressure could use an upgrade. Self check-in process was quick and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend for large families/groups.

The townhome is very spacious and was great for our family get together. It's well furnished with modern appliances. Also, there were lots of additional bedding and towels as well as a very well furnished kitchen. The host was very prompt answering any questions we had and my family and I had a wonderful time. This is a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The very close proximity to the beautiful four mile run trail makes the property great for nature lovers and those who love to walk or run. The numerous bathrooms was a major selling point for me and my family as we each loved having our own bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay- it was just as other reviewers described—very clean and very well maintained in an awesome location. The hosts were very responsive and so friendly and helpful. We loved the location walkable to everything in Delray, also walkable to metro or a very easy Uber ride to DC. This home is perfect for families and dog-friendly which we loved. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen including coffee. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Our kids were sad to leave :)

This townhouse worked out great. The location was fantastic, very walkable and quite a few locations to eat in the surrounding areas. That being said, if you want to drive for literally 6 minutes, there is a really cute section of the neighborhood that has more shops and more restaurants as well. The house itself was really great for our family, a good flow with an open kitchen and a really nice family space downstairs. The rooms themselves were decent size. Each room had a closet or some kind of clothes storage. We love that there were two bathrooms. The back patio was a life saver for us, we sat out there often. Maria was very responsive to any communication I had with her. She gave me local recommendations which we were very pleased to take up on. Parking is on the street which we were worried about but it turned out great - you just have to be mindful of the alternate side parking (Tuesday+ Wednesday). The location is fantastic - just a few minutes away from DC very easy to get to

Perfect location for exploring everything in Georgetown! Very cute front porch and well designed. Cozy and comfortable for our group of 4! We also ran from the house to the waterfront and Lincoln memorial one day which was lovely. The host is so so so sweet and responsive!

Easy to drive to DC Spacious The main bedroom requires walking thru a single person bedroom to get to it, but it worked for us. Nice to have a backyard to sit in. Getting to bedrooms does require going up stairs, just FYI for older people. All in all a nice place to stay, gave us the space we needed, very clean.

home was absolutely gorgeous!! very clean and felt just like home. she is very responsive to any questions I may of had. for the space and amenities available its Definitely worth the price!

If you are wanting to go to DC and avoid the hassle of a vehicle, stay here. Close enough to walk to the station or use the free bus system to get to the metro. Plenty of places to sleep tired bodies at the end of the day.
