it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Annette and David were great hosts. My wife and I had a couple questions and they responded quickly and pleasantly. We had a minor key mishap and they were very understanding and helpful. The place is perfect for a couple. Easy walk to the Metro station and close to some fun eating/drinking spots in Bethesda. Overall, an excellent place to stay to explore DC.

I stayed at Brady & Jen’s Airbnb for about three months and had a wonderful experience. They were very kind, always responsive, and made my move down to D.C. a lot easier. The apartment was kept clean and maintained well during my entire stay. I would highly recommend staying at Brady & Jen’s Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in the D.C. area!

Es perfecto para grupos viajeros que quieren disfrutar de D.C. es fácil moverse en Uber y muy económico, en mi recomendación debes llevar tu par de chanclas… tienes que entrar descalzo y al llegar a tu habitación llegarás con los calcetines sucios (se supone que limpian siempre) los días que estuve me estresaba mucho ensuciar mis calcetines camino a la habitación con los zapatos en la mano… pero fuera de ese detalle todo perfecto.

We were visiting for the weekend and found the place to be very nice, very private, and very clean. Something that was not expected, we had a private garage, which was really nice. Thank you, we will visit again!

Very beautiful Airbnb !!! Private and very quiet neighborhood , everything we needed was in the unit down to the Keurig pods , extra perk for the rice cooker and Instapot. The bed was spacious and very comfortable It was like being in our own oasis Lots of memorable moments and will always cherish our time there Check out as a breeze and will definitely come back again if we need another get away

We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity of the Airbnb to our destinations. It was warm, inviting, and cutely decorated with an authentic cabin-feel right outside of DC. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back.

What a treat to stay in the Carriage House of such a historic and pretty home during our weekend in D.C.! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood blocks away from the U.S. Capitol, there's plenty to see, do, and eat, all while feeling like a local. There was plenty of room in the unique space for our family of 3 and the available parking spot and back patio/garden were fantastic bonuses to have. We used the trifecta of walking, driving, and taking the Metro to easily get everywhere we wanted to go throughout the weekend. We loved learning about the history of the home and the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

I was in Jen's place for a month while working in the nearby Folger Shakespeare Library and had a fabulous stay. The location is absolutely amazing with very high walkability and easy connections to a host of things nearby: the Mall, Union Market, Eastern Market, H street cafes and restaurants. The space has been very thoughtfully arranged and well appointed. Jen was a communicative and positive host throughout. Would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, safe and walkable area. The hosts were very helpful with explaining and answering any questions I had and in a very quick fashion. The apartment had everything I needed for a month stay and that made it easy to settle in. In a wonderfully quiet and family-oriented location what was still walkable to many locations without being centered in the city.

Very comfortable, fully equipped unit, in nice location near a major university and the metro. Excellent for getting into DC for sites/museums/etc. and also to Bethesda the other direction on the metro. Cooked a full dinner meal and had everything I needed from bread knife to cheese grater. Whole unit feels fresh, clean, and very usable. Walking distance to shops like Whole Foods and Target. When I had question or needed something shown to me in the unit they were very quick to respond and help out. Quiet at night for great sleeping. Also some chairs on the lawn I used one morning while reading the paper outside.

De passage à Washington pour découvrir la ville, nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement. Celui-ci est très confortable et très bien aménagé. Nous n'avons pas eu trop de souci dans la localisation. L'appartement en lui-même est très jolie et moderne. Les équipements sont bien présent et fonctionnent parfaitement. La chambre est très spacieuse et le lit confortable, malgré le fait que les rideaux laissent rentrer la lumière du jour. Ce qui est, dans mon cas, un peu perturbant. Mais cela reste un détail personnel. Je recommande donc l'appartement sans souci. Les points à noter négatifs, est d'avoir un wifi assez faible et parfois absent pendant quelques minutes. La climatisation ne semblait pas marcher, même si celle-ci, reste un détail car nous étions le plus souvent en visite en ville. En résumé, pour un séjour tranquille, nous sommes repartis satisfait et heureux d'avoir choisi ce logement. Bonne continuation à vous !

Great place to stay and a great location for getting around.

Alice's place was ideal. Very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family for a week and the location allowed us to be in easy reach of them. I would highly recommend this very quiet little place to stay. It was very easy and quick to communicate with Alice.

I just finished my stay at Alice’s for a week. I’m a DC local and needed a place to stay while I had work being done in my house and I work from home. It’s everything I needed, a spacious, 2 level, modern, very comfortable home with a cozy living area to relax, nice dining table where I was able to work with high speed WiFi, kitchen with Nespresso :) The bed was very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything I needed. Alice was extremely responsive during the entire stay. I do have a car so having a parking spot in addition to the street parking was a plus! I didn’t have the time to use the patio but that is a great bonus as well for some outdoor space. Overall, excellent experience and I will stay here again in the future 10/10 recommend!

Host was amazing! Extremely responsive and helpful, instructions were clear and thorough. Location was close to many landmarks and easy to get to. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely come again.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

Lauren and Ned were extremely helpful in storing my luggage ahead of check-in so I could explore Capitol Hill. This kind of flexibility and personal touch keeps me booking short-term rentals. Plus, their carriage house was quiet, clean, and just adorable!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Thomas’s quaint Airbnb located in the perfect location. Very walkable to all the restaurants, bars, and shops in Old Town Alexandria. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cellar on Girard! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see in DC while still feeling like a quiet neighborhood retreat. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Austin was a terrific host — incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Five stars all around. Would definitely stay here again!
