Very cool spot about a 5 minute walk from a lot of stores!

This place was none the less than spectacular!!! Upon arriving for the Solar Eclipse Andie greeted us outside and gave us some eclipse glasses. She shared local restaurants, gave us a token to remember to eclipse and always made sure to say hi when she saw us on property!! Beautiful location, the restoration of this older property is phenomenal and the price was perfect. Huge thank you for making this trip special and we look forward to coming back and having our wedding party visit next year! Thank you Andie!!

Andie maintained contact via text prior to and after our arrival. She greeted us for key pickup in the lobby of the motel and my granddaughter loved the vibe from the moment we drove into the cutely decorated courtyard. The rooms were clean and decorated in vintage style, the "cat room" across the way was a nice spot to read for a bit and my granddaughter said she was "so excited" about staying here for one night. There is an excellent donut shop only a couple of blocks away and don't be worried about the walk. The area is quiet other than a bit of street noise during the day and we felt safe here. Andie provides a sound machine but with the AC and our portable fan turned on, our sleep was undisturbed. For the value, location to downtown and welcoming host, we will definitely stay again on one of our regular visits to Hot Springs!

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, spotless, and so cozy — even better than we expected! The location on the historic downtown square couldn’t have been more perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and the thoughtful extras they left for us truly made us feel welcomed. We had to leave earlier than planned, but we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend — you won't be disappointed!

We loved our stay!! Everything was communicated perfectly and even with us not checking in when we thought we would, it was still seamless! Such a great price for the space, I was a little skeptical about the communism bathrooms, but they were big, very clean, and so cute! 10/10 would recommend and come again!

This is my second stop at Ginni’s and I will definitely stay again if back in the area! She is so hospitable. I felt right at home and she was able to help with anything I needed. Journey (the family dog) was a bonus!!

What a great place! Cool old building with a complete remodel. Shared bathrooms were no big deal at all, there were so many that it didn't even seem like they were shared. Great place to visit, would definitely stay again.

Great location with easy access to the White River. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The house/accommodations were perfect - clean, quiet, and updated. Would stay here again!

I had an amazing time at „The Commercial Hotel“. It‘s obvious how much love and effort Jason and Kammi put into creating this peaceful place to stay. The B&B was easy to find, the check-in was great and I was allowed to check in earlier. Jason and Kammi gave me great advice for the area and responded fast when I had a question. The B&B was super comfortable and always clean. There are many beautiful spots to explore in the area or easy to reach by car (Mountain View, Blanchard Springs Caverns, Eureka Springs, etc.). I highly recommend this B&B and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Jason, Kammi and Michael!
