I am grateful to have found a place that has been a B&B since long before the craze. Marcia is a long time local who carries a nice balance between being knowledgeable about the Crestone Culture and remaining private and removed from any affiliation with specific directives or retreat centers. She is wise and friendly and provides yummy snacks and a gentle way of welcoming. I also loved the location- close to town but up in the trees below the mountains. I’m just so happy I found this gem.

Just another great experience at Jeffrey's place! I have already recommended this estate to my friends. We will continue to keep Jeffrey in our priority checklist as a host when visiting locations around Buena Vista area! Thank you, Jeff!

House has a very interesting design/architecture - dome. Kids had a great time playing outside and the adults felt safe without being outside with them. There’s a small creek near the kitchen which made it very enjoyable to cook while hearing the water run down. The house had a lot of space for 3 families which could be easily add in another family of 4-5. Will definitely come back to this place if I’m ever in Taos again!

Our family (5 adults) had a great time during our stay at Allan's place for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is really cute, and the yoga dome is a gem! His communication was always super responsive and helpful. Be aware that if you're staying there in the winter you'll need an AWD vehicle to get to the house.

The hosts are all beautiful people. Travelling solo I felt extremely safe. The place was beautiful, in cold nights the heated blanket did the job. The property is spotless you will have all the amenities you need. DO purchase supplies before arriving most places are far. However as a vegan I did find Amigo Juan 19 minutes away to be very accommodating with veggie fajitas 😋

perfect getaway! secluded but not far from town. close to trails for waterfall chasing. 30 mins from Missouri. Kids enjoyed tubing the creek and stacking rocks. recommend 10 out 10.

By far this has been the best air bnb experience I have received. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special from the moment of booking! We came to celebrate a birthday, and were gladly surprised with a happy birthday ballon, fresh pastries, and even a notebook as a gift! The property is gorgeous, with plenty of activities/games provided during your stay. The dome was stocked with coffee supplies, single- serve condiments, and even a basket of varying snacks! They didn’t stop there— the hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival, as well as all of the beautiful outdoor lighting. We look forward to visiting again and eventually getting to book/ try out each dome! I cannot recommend this property enough! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stay or a homemade for adventuring on/near the river this is the place to be!

Felt way out in the woods, but just outside of the town of jasper, perfect location. No issues with cell service. Betty was very helpful and gave all the information we needed to make our stay smooth. Everything went perfect, super relaxing, quiet and private. Our first dome experience and it was better than we could have imagined. Will be back!

This place was lovely! Definitely loved the experience.

Very cute and cozy geodesic dome with great ambience. Looked out over mountains and pastures and grazing cows and gorgeous cottonwood trees. Mini kitchen (we grilled on the gas grill on the deck) and nice place to relax. It was too cloudy to stargaze so I guess we have to go back! Abiquiu night sky is amazing and this deck would be the perfect place to do that.

We stayed two nights here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly the peaceful, romantic getaway we were hoping for. The setting was calm and serene, with beautiful hiking trails right on the property.. one even leading to a quiet little waterfall. The outdoor shower was such a unique and refreshing experience, and the heated bed made our nights warm and cozy. We loved the thoughtful, creative notes the hosts left around the cabin, and their attention to detail made the stay feel extra personal. Evenings by the fire pit, relaxing in the hammock, and just being surrounded by nature made everything feel still and special. We also got to explore the nearby drive-thru wildlife safari and enjoy a night out at WinStar Casino, both just a short drive away. Every moment felt intentional, romantic, and just right for reconnecting.. it’s the kind of stay we’ll be remembering for a long time.

This was an incredibly special stay to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette, and this stay was the centerpiece of the whole vacation. Absolutely unique and lovely home, would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Elizabeth’s property- it was beyond perfect for the 6 of us and our two smedium dogs. Sitting on the deck or casting a line- being waterfront made it instantly a retreat. And the space inside is huge! It goes on forever, and it’s the perfect set up for people to have some quiet time or join the group in the various lounge areas. Not to mention how overly and perfectly stocked the kitchen is- and everything is so CLEAN- we were so grateful for this location after a last minute change in location for our spring break. Elizabeth was gracious, friendly, fun- and helpful. Thank you for sharing your property!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Bali Dome. It's peaceful, adorable, comfortable and private! It was raining when we arrived, so we got to relax and take in the sound of the rain on the dome, which was wonderful. We had beautiful weather the rest of our stay, so we loved hanging out on the outdoor patio. You can adjust the louvers on the covered patio to let in as much or as little sun as you want, which was a very nice addition to the space. The furniture outside is very comfortable, and there's a hammock for relaxing by the hot tub, which was a great addition. The little seating area by the pond is a beautiful place to decompress, unwind and take in the sights and sounds of nature. The indoor kitchen is new like the rest of the space, but cooking is limited to a small toaster oven/air fryer combo unit, which was fine for us because the outdoor grill is large enough to cook meat and veggies, and there are plenty of utensils and tools outside to use. Overall, I'd recommend it!

The dome is amazingly romantic and cozy. It heats up quickly during the day and that was expected. Plan on spending time out side in the heat of the day. They do have a tarp to help shade it. They have instant hot water in the bath. The wi-fi works great. The property is beautiful private. We enjoyed walking the trails and getting lost. Definitely a worth while stay!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It was very well appointed and decorated. We loved the aesthetic. We came for two reasons, to go skiing with kids and allow our in-laws to explore a new city. This location served all of us well. It was 30 min from Santa Fe Ski and the house was a 10 min walk from downtown Santa Fe. It was close to local stores as well. We appreciated the fact that the in-laws could be on one side of the house and we could be on the other and not disturb them when we left early for skiing. It was peaceful at night and loved how we could watch the stars from the backyard.

My experience at Dome Vista exceeded expectations. The dome was clean and comfortable. The temperature control was perfect, the water pressure and temperature was great. The bed was very comfortable. It rained during my stay and it stayed dry and cozy inside the dome. Upon waking, I opened the curtains to a herd of 8 deer grazing within 30 feet of the deck! Whether you need a weekend retreat to yourself or a couple's get away, this is a unique and peaceful place to unwind. I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed my trip to the dome. The views are amazing! The bed was comfortable and had high quality linens. Would recommend for a peaceful solo or couples retreat. Had good phone service also which surprised me.

This place (the entire Ranch) is so magical, and the photos on the website and in the airbnb listings do not really do it justice. It is incredibly outrageous, playful, unexpected and so beautiful. The Freya Dome also did not disappoint. Such an incredible experience with privacy, amazing views, and so much beauty in the details. The only complaints are that: there were no bedding linens for the beds downstairs, so I had to get creative for my sleeping arrangements while my friend enjoyed the queen bed upstairs; and, the pellet stove was temperamental and the instructions for how to use it were sparse. Otherwise, this was a fantastic experience.

We stayed in the Geodome this past weekend for our anniversary and it was such a fun and unique getaway. The setting is gorgeous, the views amazing and amenities in the dome were very comfortable. The was a heater and heated mattress pad that kept us cozy when the temps dropped into the 20s overnight. They provided coffee in the morning and water stations for refills, but no other food is provided so just something to keep in mind since there aren't many restaurants nearby. When I inquired about food, they offered for their chef to prepare us a meal and we took them up on that. We just provided them with our meal budget and preferences and Chef Ryan fixed an amazing 4 course meal and served it to us in their beautiful lodge. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The meal was definitely one of highlights of our stay. We did the scenic overlook hike which was gorgeous and tried out the nature gym they build along the path. Some things to keep in mind. It is a decent walk (my fitbit said approx 1/3 mile) to the flush bathrooms/showers from the dome. There is a pit bathroom much closer, and they also do have trailer bathrooms/showers nearby also, but the trailers weren't available for use while we were there. (I'm guessing they were maybe closed for the season?) Glamping is still camping, so just don't be surprised if you have to walk a bit to use an actual toilet. :) Last note, cell/data coverage is non-existent when not at the lodge, so also something to prepare for. They seem to be building a lot currently so I'll be excited to come back again next season with my kids to see what they've added. Thanks for the memorable trip!
