The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

We had a terrific stay. The heated pool was amazing with chillier mornings but hotter afternoons. The house was bigger than we expected and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. When we had questions, Hedy was extremely responsive. The location was great as we wanted to visit people in both Phoenix and Chandler. Once we got to know the area a little more we realized we didn’t always have to get on the interstate either! And we really enjoyed the fairly close Arizona Train Museum (only open on weekends). We really enjoyed the house and stay overall!

10/10 would recommend this spot for a family stay in phoenix! Great accommodations and they thought of everything. The place was safe, they had a strong net-fence around the pool, the neighborhood was full of sidewalks and excellent for morning walks! The Pack n play was already set up when we got there and our kids loved their bunk bed! It’s 10 min from the zoo (a must go for all families) and a quick hike up hole-in-the-rock. Not far from other great hikes and big parks / splash pads. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hosts and have already recommended it to our friends.

We would absolutely go back to this place, especially this being our first experience in Arizona!! The pool is so relaxing and enjoyable! I loved that the door to the backyard had a handle on the top of the door so I felt comfortable having kids at this place! We felt right at home! Brian was easy to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner!

We very much enjoyed our time at Evelyn's place. It is a very quiet spot, and the pool and spa were lovely. The kichen is very well equipped with tons of plates, mugs, etc as well as a good stock of spices and other helpful items. The patio has a large covered area which we really appreciated as the weather was hot!

This house was wonderful and Ashley was very responsive and accommodating! The pool was great and we were able to spend a lot of time relaxing in it! While we were here the other two units on the property were booked but we never heard them, it was very private. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. We brought our two dogs with us and they were very comfortable as well! I would say that if you are staying here with reactive dogs be prepared that there are a lot of other dogs in the neighborhood and along the canal walking path. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

Really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a group of 8 guys. Tons of games to play, and prime location! Would recommend!

The house was exactly what we wanted. Loved the pool. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Good Life Vacation's house met the description and was a great place for our family of 4 to stay during our visit in Phoenix. There was plenty of room to spread out, and my teen girls enjoyed the backyard and pool. The location was fantastic for our needs. The hosts were very responsive, but it was a little weird because we were always talking to a different person--but it didn't really matter because they were very responsive.

Our stay was excellent and the property was as advertised.

My family and I loved staying here! Kara is an amazing host, 5 stars hands down!!! She is so responsive and the home was so cozy. There were all the essentials in the home with items available in case you forgot something at home. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!!

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

The location was great and the area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt cozy.

My teenager granddaughters and I spent Spring Break at Regan’s house and it was a dream vacation. The home was spacious, clean and the kitchen was great for cooking together. The outdoor patio and the heated pool was so comfortable and it was sunny all day. I highly recommended this home and would definitely love to come back. It was home away from home!!

Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

Beautiful home that matched perfectly with the description. Immaculately clean, with extra everything you may need (blankets, towels, coffee, etc.). Really pleased that we chose to stay at this house, I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful home, pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and in great condition. Clear instructions about how to use everything offered. Very private and comfortable. Great communication from the host. Loved it!!

This was one of the best homes I stayed at. The beds are amazing and the house was very clean. It was great for the kids, with the pool, side yard full of toys as well as the playroom. Emilee is a very accommodating and responsive host. This was a very last minute reservation and Emilee was great in getting us in the home quickly.

We had an amazing time at Blaine’s beautiful home! Stocked with everything we could possibly need! The quiet suburban neighborhood fit our needs perfectly. The pool was warm enough to swim despite the cooler weather. Beds were comfy with tons of pillow and blanket options. No complaints from this Canadian! 10/10

We enjoyed staying in your home very much! There was more than enough space for 5 of us! We hope to return again! During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! We had a great visit to Arizona, to attend Country Thunder Music Festival. The home was lovely, comfortable, spacious and with lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Any questions were promptly answered. We would definitely recommend!
