Each apartment has two floors: at the ground floor there's the kitchen with a charming fireplace, a table and a sofa bed. At the first floor there's a bathroom with shower and a big and welcoming bedroom, with a great view on the surrounding countryside. The Monte Scala Court is located in the Regional Park of Po Delta, on the historical Via Pupilia which connect the houses to the beautiful WWF natural parks Golena di Panarella and Oasi Golena Madonnina Cà Cornera. Few km away is the fascinating Comacchio Vally, the city of Chioggia and Sottomarina, with their typical landscape shaped by the everlasting battle between the Po river and the Adriatic sea. Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

La Casa di Olga

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
