Tres baños completos con ducha y agua caliente ilimitada. Elegante y amplio salón comedor, con un gran balcón. Vajilla y manteles de calidad. Espectacular cocina con tres piletas, lavar ropas y electro completos. Habitación extra para guardar maletas. Entrada de servicio. Es un amplio departamento de 130 metros ubicado al frente de la avda. Callao. Tiene tres dormitorios, tres baños completos y una gran cocina con dependencias de servicio. El living es un comodo espacio con salida al balcon donde pueden disfrutarse las vistas de la ciudad. El baño principal cuenta con bañadera y ducha y el resto de los baños solo ducha. El edificio es de gran categoría y muy seguro, ya que tiene vigilancia permanente. Todos los espacios tienen aire acondicionado frio/calor. Las camas son nuevas y de gran calidad. Hay ademas calefacción central como asi tambien agua caliente. El equipamiento de la cocina es completo y la vajilla tambien. Los dos cuartos principales tienen Television con un completo servicio de cable (Direct TV) e internet. El servicio de internet es por fibra optica con muy buena llegada a todos los ambientes. Hay ademas una 4 habitacion al lado de la cocina equipada con articulos de limpieza, tabla de planchar y aspiradora. El departamento tiene un amplio living con sillones muy comodos y un comedor para 8 personas. Ideal para relajarse despues de conocer la ciudad. Tiene una entrada principal con pallier individual al que se accede por el ascensor principal y otra entrada de ingreso ubicada en la.cocina por donde se accede a un segundo ascensor y a la escalera hacia la planta baja. Estoy en permanente contacto con mis huespedes porque vivo muy cerca y me encanta socializar. Al llegar les entrego una tarjeta de transporte publico y una guia del barrio con sugerencias sobre restaurantes buenos que estan cerca. Les dejo varios telefonos de contacto y estoy muy atento a cualquier solicitud. Se encuentra en el corazón de Recoleta, el barrio más elegante de la ciudad. A solo 4 cuadras de la Avenida Alvear, donde están los hoteles y tiendas más exclusivos del país. El barrio es seguro, con muchos bares, restaurantes y medios de transporte. Todos las lineas de buses pasan por las avenidas cercanas. El metro tambien esta muy cerca. Taxis y uber a disposicion. Tambien caminando se accede al cementerio de la Recoleta, el Buenos Aires Design, la Iglesia de Pilar, la Feria de Artesanias, la libreria El Ateneo, la Facultad de Derecho, el Museo de Bellas Artes, el Palais de Glace y demas sitios relevantes para visitar y disfrutar de la bella ciudad. Enfrente hay un Starbucks para desayunar.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars.
