Nestled among the drumlins of Strangford Lough, 1 mile from the charming village of Greyabbey.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.

Close to the villages of Portaferry, Cloughey and Strangford, the area is rich in wildlife and heritage. Or just relax by the fire and soak up the magic of this unique place. Our other cottage, which is immediately adjacent, sleeps 4 and people often rent the two properties together for larger groups.

EdgeWater cottage is a recently constructed luxury cottage in a beautiful and quiet location that sleeps up to 4. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room which can convert to king size bedroom. It has private parking and its own south facing garden equipped with real brick pizza oven, BBQ and double egg chair. Within 5 min walking distance of Helen's Bay beach, golf club and Crawfordsburn country park.

An original Ulster Cottage set in a quiet and tranquil location, with unique access to Strangford Lough on your doorstep. Having been built in the early 1900’s the cottage is one of the oldest in the area, although extensively renovated, it has retained many original features, whilst providing a clean and modern feel.
