They can also enjoy the terrace next to the kitchen to have their meals, have a barbecue or to simply take advantage of the beautiful sun of Porto. We're always available by phone (SMS, iMessage, Whatsapp) and we can easily meet in person, since we live nearby. The check-in hours are flexible. We will be waiting for you at the arranged time and we'll give you the keys to the house and the rooms, as well as some useful information about Porto and the nearby areas. The townhouse is in the historic center of Porto, which is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The property is within the Bairro das Artes—the Arts Quarter—a quiet neighborhood with local shops, art galleries, supermarkets, and restaurants. Here you can find all the art galleries and vintage clothing stores and you're just a few minutes walking to Rua de Cedofeita, Torre dos Clérigos, Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento Station, Crystal Palace Gardens, Douro River and much, much more... You won't need a car to get to know Porto. However, you can easily find the nearest subway station (10 minutes walking) or take the bus right out the door to your desired destination. If you prefer, you can also rent a bike right here in Breiner street.

The apartment is on the third floor of a renovated building. There is lift from the first floor. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedroom has a double bed with 1.50m x 1.95m, and has a closet to store your things. The bathroom is complete with towels and a hairdryer. In the living room you have a table if you dine so you can dine or work if that is the case. There is a kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils to use.
