Downtown Arcata Studio Apartment

Downtown Arcata Studio Apartment is in a fun and lively location just a block from the Arcata Plaza overlooking a popular seafood restaurant and next door to a winery/cidery. Countless restaurants, shops, and the Arcata Co-op are within a block or two. There is free parking in our private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second Wi-fi, washer/dryer in apt, and apt is behind secure gate w/keycode. If your dates aren’t available please let us know and we can add a stay in one of our other two apts.

We are an urban homestead complete with a permaculture-inspired garden, chickens, and bees we invite you to enjoy. We provide our guests with eggs, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and fruit. It is just blocks from the Arcata Plaza, Cal Poly Humboldt, Arcata Community Forest, Redwood Park and the Humboldt Crabs Baseball field. Go Crabbies! From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Modern, light & airy one bedroom apartment, upstairs with the trees and sun. High ceilings, hardwood floors, quartz counter tops and a bar that seats four. Cal King size bed and a rollaway twin in the closet. You will feel like you're in your own private world. It's a pretty special place. And, for me, B & B stands for bed & breakfast. So I make sure you have something to eat in the morning. I can be flexible with check in and check out, if I don't have guests back to back. :-)

Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.
