Excellent location with views of the redwood forest. Our bungalow is fully equipped. Come home with your farmer's market bounty and make use of the well-stocked kitchen or balcony grill. Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.

Our restored, historic cottage is at the center of our vibrant community. Just two blocks from the Plaza and in close walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the best farmers' market, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, a creperie, an excellent independent movie theater, an art store, record and book stores, and within a 10-15 minute walk to Redwood Park and the Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary. Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperatures typically range between 65–75°F. Two wall heaters are provided. This is intentional and disclosed — please book accordingly if you require full thermostat control. Very sensitive to colder temperatures are not a good fit
