Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My guest house is perfect for a small family (a couple of parents and a small child who can sleep on the couch). It takes 10 minutes to walk to Hmart supermarket and some restaurants, and 25 minutes to walk to Arcadia Mall. So it is just as convenient even if you don’t have a car

If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. Couples with an infant or small child are also welcome to book if the child can sleep in a portable crib.
