Большой 2-х этажный дом с видом на храм Гарни и горную панораму, окруженный фруктовым садом (яблони, груши, черешни, фундук, грецкий орех и многое др.). Дом украшают работы художника Мартиросяна. Имеются все необходимые удобства. Дом сдается целиком. Три спальни, кухня-гостиная, галерея, два санузла, 4 балкона. Мы предлагаем гостям блюда армянской кухни (завтраки, обеды и ужины). Также мы проводим мастер-класс по росписи тарелок на заготовленных трафаретах. Есть место для приготовления шашлыка.

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
