Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

Our stay here was truly lovely. We spent most of our time in the apartment during the evenings, and it always felt warm and cozy — like a little home away from home. What made it even better was our amazing host. She was so kind, thoughtful, and always there for us — even when we had the most random or silly questions, she responded with patience and a smile. The only small thing was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low, so we had to stay a bit longer. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the comfort and good energy of the place. We’re really grateful — and if we ever come back, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Michael hat klare und detaillierte Anweisungen gegeben, deshalb hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Parkplätze und tolle Lokale. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Jerewan. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

The location is perfect—it's close to a shopping center, several great restaurants, and a grocery store, making everything I needed easily accessible. The apartment was spotless, and the bathroom was especially nice, featuring all the comforts I could ask for. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Andranik was a fantastic host, always replying promptly to any questions I had. A great little apartment literally right on Nalbandyan and overlooking the street - easy to follow check in instructions - there is never a dull moment in the apartment and when you sit on the balcony you can see all the hub bub people passing by cars beeping police officers calling out in muffled voices over their megaphones lol quite entertaining actually! Clean small bathroom with a great shower with good hot water, full equiped kitchen easy to use washing machine, good sized fridge. Bed is very comfy and i was soooooooo grateful to have cotton sheets!!! (Thank you Sona this was very much appreciated) dont forget to bring earplugs as its on the main street, i read ahead and brought mine so make sure you dont forget these i also wore eyemask as curtain is sheer but i was comfy and the cars didnt annoy me, the metro passes under the apartment so you will feel the rumble every now and again. In a secure residential building easy stairs up and not noisy - thank you!

Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.
